  Ordered at 6 pm, website said it would be ready at 6:20. Got there at 6:20 and waited an additional 30 minutes before it was ready. Very understaffed for the amount of business they had.

  Attempted to give this place multiple chances as it is closer than the one by the I to me, but at this point, I'm just wasting money coming here. All orders have been prescheduled. We have had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes each time. Our last order we were short 7 wings, and the wings were all extreme tiny (07/16). Felt like there was only half of the order for a 30 wing count. We actually received 23 wings. The previous times, there were 1-2 missing, so we let it go. Though we would be missing our veggies. It's not a huge deal or given a smaller side rather than the large we purchased. We tried to be understanding but absolutely will not be returning after this last purchase considering the cost and lack of product we got.

  I used their delivery service and they appreared to have forgotten or eaten one of my items. Will never order from here again. They never resolved it and wouldn’t even pick up the phone after the order which makes me think they knew they made a mistake and didn’t want to correct it.
