  Showed up for a takeout order for eight people sat in the lobby for 30 minutes the entire time my order was sitting in the back and they never called it out. Food is cold. They didn't care. They honestly thought it was funny.

  This place is so slow, and the employees are incompetent. Theyre lucky they even get one star. Gross wings barely any meat coated with to much sauce, sauce isnt even good.. Definitely don't go to this location. It is not fast, the employees are not nice, and the food is garbage. How is this store even open?

  I have never had such bad customer service until I arrived here. I placed an ordered and called back to let the woman know that they forgot my sauces and the woman said, “ Well it’s free” and hung up on me. When I arrived back to the store I explained that I made a call regarding missing sauces and asked to receive them. I then asked the woman if she was the person I spoke to that hung up on me. She said yes. She told me that it doesn’t matter because it’s free sauces and she doesn’t have to give me any. She told me she could refuse my services. The woman was very rude and told me I was stupid to drive for some sauces and that she was the one who made my order. I told her I wouldn’t drive all this way to lie about some “free sauces.” 🙄 She then threaten to call the cops on me and became verbally aggressive towards me. I never at any point called her names or raised my voice, but explained that this was poor customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager she told me that she was the only manager and refused to give me any further information. When more customers arrived she ignored me and accused me of lying. I asked again to speak with someone else and she refused. I told her I paid for a service and it’s not right to treat people this way. She told me to go “google” her supervisor. She continued to disrespect me until a young gentlemen approached me and asked me what was going on. He was another worker there. I explained to him what happened and he agreed to speak with her, but I’m still very upset by the service that I received and did not deserve to be treated that way. It was very unprofessional. She needs to be fired and I wasn’t able to get any information. I just know she’s a short, older white woman with dirty blonde hair. I hope to get in contact with a supervisor because nobody deserves to be treated that way. I will no longer go to this location.

  Went in to order food and got told "sorry you cant its gonna be 30min" not hey we're a little busy or something. Sorry you got to do your job no need to be mad about it. Want a better one leave.

  Definitely not a good place to sit and eat. The chairs are hard and metal, but I could live with that. Their service was so slow. I was told 20 minutes wait it was at least 30 minutes. They only had two people working and they had at least 14 online orders And it wasn't even peak time. For the price you pay you would think they could at least have more staff to take care of orders. This was my third time visiting this location and it will be my last I thought maybe the first two times were glitches, but I see it's common in there
