  Wasn't able to go in to pick up, so I placed an order via grubhub. Order came an hour later and was incorrect order. I called the restaurant to see if there was something they could do to make it right. I got an answer and explained briefly the issue and my name. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Then they answered as if for the first time, forgetting they were already checking on my order. After I explained that the order was partially wrong, she very quickly snapped at me that she wouldn't give me a refund for the order if it was only partially wrong. Then she said, "that doesn't even make sense." I never even asked for a refund yet at this point. I just wanted to understand my options. She told me they could remake the part that was wrong and I can come pick it up. I said that wouldn't work because I couldn't leave my house at the time to go get it. She then said she would take my name and number down to have the general manager call me the following morning to fix it. That was this morning. I was never called back. So that is either a by a lack of care by the associate from last night, or by the GM this morning. Sucks that they don't make things right when they mess up here. Definitely do not recommend at all.
