  I went in today to pick up an order. Another lady entered before and and was greeted, I was not. Also, the two guys in the back pretended they didn’t see me while preparing her food. After about 5 mins when they brought her food up and looked past me to greeted the guy behind me. When he saw I wasn’t moving he asked me what name my order was under. I told him and he got my order which had been ready the whole time. Food was ok, service was terrible. Worst BWW experience ever. They need to do better

  Wings were okay. Actually “fatter” than we prefer. This new “go” location though. I tried calling in an order three times and all three times the system ran its messages saying someone would be with me then it would hang up after a few minutes of holding. So I arrive and walk in to order. 3 people waiting yet no one at the counter to order. I paid at 708pm per receipt. I got the 20 wings and fries at 757. 49 minutes to get wings at a to go spot??!! I could have driven to the restaurant at town center, ordered and gotten my food in this same time.

  My order was supposed to be ready at 5pm... I walked in at 5:05 & my food had been stolen. I was told I had to wait until all the orders were out before they could remake mine. I watched them remake someone else's order (was supposed to be all flats) in minutes and sent that customer on their way. I'm walking out of BWW at 6:26 pm with my food.

  Took about a hr to get our food after ordering in house. Food was cold and items missing. Poor communication skills. Had better service at Avenues Mall Bdubs and they're no longer in business.
