  My wife and I went in today (9/26) for the first time to place an order about 4:30pm. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. The only acknowledgement we received was "be there in a sec". That "sec" turned into another 10 minutes with still no service. Only one worker could be seen and she was clearly frustrated because she was just tossing food around and banging things. That was our cue to just leave and go somewhere else which we did. Wanted to give the place a try but we're not going to stand around for 25 minutes just to place an order. Don't think we will be going back.

  Ordered a 10 piece boneless with garlic Parmesan sauce. Only one was the size of what I would've expected. The other was a pile of pieces of chicken, mostly breading the size of my thumb overdone and covered in this garlic Parmesan sauce Dumped on half of the so-called chicken.To say the least we were very disappointed:

  I just ordered 20 wings off of DoorDash, With some potato wedges. I ate about five and the taste tasted off, so I stopped Eating them, I didn’t eat any more food after that because of how foul it tasted. Not long after about 45 minutes I threw up, So I’m not sure if it was wings or it was out too long or if it was Cross contamination. I did go ahead and I called the store tonight, but unfortunately the store was closed. I did leave a voicemail so hopefully they call me back. DD did give me a refund, But I just wanted to let everybody else know!

  Cons: Not particularly friendly at walk-in. It’s nice to be greeted and thanked for giving them your business. Which I guess can be overlooked, if your pick-up order is done well and correct. I should’ve looked at EVERYTHING in store, to check the order. But, I also shouldn’t HAVE to. We were shorted 10 wings. And some shouldn’t have even counted as a wing, as at least 6 were literally only about 2.5” long (I’ve NEVER seen flats that small! Like a baby chick wing). There were 7 carrots and 2 celery sticks — in a 40 wing order. Pros: plenty of hot, well-seasoned fries and all the sauces were correct. But I don’t go to BWW for fries and sauces. I’m not sure if I’d return to this location.
