  I placed an order on 8-7-2025. Something came up so I immediately called in and asked if they could cancel my order. I was told that I had to wait five minutes because it was too soon. I called back in about 15 minutes and was told that my order will be canceled and I shall receive a refund between three and seven days. Today I called 8-17-27 and let them know that I never received a refund. The person who answered the phone was very rude, Disrespectful, he said that there was nothing that he could do for me and I had to wait on his general manager. I asked what his general manager name was, and he said that he doesn’t have to give that to me. Very bad customer service please do not eat here.

  Adam Ford, or that’s what the girl on the phone said.. anywho the GM of this store is absolutely amazing, I went in with a problem and he fixed it immediately a very personable person

  Adam, the General Manager, was super friendly and helpful. The food was prepared on a timely manner and tasted great!

  I had the order "WRITTEN OUT" ! Dry! Dry means NOT covered in sauce. Buying for a friend, I was embarrassed. . .

  Only had one employee working with multiple orders ahead of mine. If you want your food quick don’t order from here
