I rarely write reviews, and unfortunately, I missed the 2.8-star review for this restaurant. I'm a cancer patient at Winship Hospital, 5 minutes from this restaurant. I ordered two orders of what I thought would be honey BBQ-tossed sauce and lemon pepper-tossed sauce, boneless wings. My order arrived, and all I got were some VERY COLD, HARD, TOUGH, and DRY Fried wings with no BBQ sauce or lemon pepper sauce on the wings. I poured them out and kept two for the pictures in this review. I called and expressed my concern to the manager, and she said, 'Well, you can bring them back to let us see, and we'll remake them.' I told her that I'm an admitted cancer patient, and I can't just up and leave my floor. She apologized, which I accepted, but for my food to be this cold, there's no way my wings were made after my order was placed. These wings had to be sitting out for a LONG period of time, and all they did was pour A LOT of seasoning, not sauce, over them and packaged them. I told her that if she tasted them herself as a customer, she'd be just as disappointed, if not more disappointed, than me. I don't want a refund or a new order; I just wanted to express my concern about the horrible and unprofessional business experience after spending my money. It's a reason they have 2.8 stars. No offense to any employee who works there, but it falls on the manager. She can't operate this restaurant knowing this type of service is being provided. I hope she looks into the operations as the leader; if not, I pray she finds a new job where she can find passion and joy in what she does. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
