  I put in an online order, had 4 doordashers call telling me my order was picked up. It was NOT! I called 5 times and could not get ahold of anyone, the automated line hangs up after 60 seconds stating no one is available to help. The last delivery person to call me let me know they were out of everything I ordered lol. This is ridiculous and quite embarrassing for BWW considering this is a takeout focused location. BWW never fails to fail

  40 minute wait for a to go order for deep fried boneless wings is ridiculous. Sitting here waiting with like 20 other people in the small dining area sucks. BWW is a sports bar business model. It should be a full size restaurant or nothing at all. This place just sucks.

  I literally just left this location and couldn't wait to get in my car to give a review. I've never been to a BWW go before but would definitely come back to this location. I haven't tried the food yet, but if it's anywhere near the quality of service that I received from Jay, it will be amazing. Jay was kind, respectful, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. I asked if he had tried the new sauces and he hadn't yet, but offered to let me do so. If I could get this quality of service at a full service location, I definitely go more often! Thanks Jay, for your amazing service!

  Food was cold. Boneless wings were more like chicken nuggets they were so Dry. Barely any sauce on them. I’m sure the one who prepared them wouldn’t have ate them either. Got a decent size piece of bone and hard pieces in my burger. This place is trash

  dine in for the all you can eat wings and both of the men there were amazing!!! the wings were nice and hot!!! and so delicious!!! will definitely be back!!!
