  Chicken and fries were oversalted. I always had to dip it in either ranch or blue cheese just to mask the salt. Please stop oversalting the food

  Nicole left me on hold when I called in for my order. Made me not even want to order. Thats not good customer service. You don't leave customers waiting like that. At the very least check back in.

  walked in at 4:16 was told my food was supposed to be ready at 4:20. received food at 4:25. cold? how? lol.

  Very bad customer service. My order was ready when I arrived and the lady ignored me for 10min before helping me. I finally got her attention after multiple attempts and she was clicking her tongue at me as she was ringing up my order. I recommended avoiding this location. Definitely not a “GO” location. Slow. They also charge you an extra fee for takeout. Bad business. Bad culture. You can tell when you order over the phone and when you go inside to pick up.
