  This place is disorganized and disrespectful. More concerned about a free paycheck without any customer service skills. A mobile order was placed a little after 12:30am when the place clearly is advertise to be closed at 2am. We had three food carriers cancel not knowing why. Deciding to call the restaurant, I was sent to a recording several times. It wasn’t till the 8th time and two voice recordings when I was able to get a hold of someone to Just to be told right away as they picked up “we closed dog, we see your order but your gonna have to call your Uber guy to cancel.” without any greeting whatsoever. Time is now 1:30am and he begins to explain there is only two people working and no manager in. After continuing to ask him several times when was he told this he said about an hour/ish ago. This was my first time ordering from this place and after this experience I most definitely would not be giving them a 2nd chance. One word for the service given. (Garbage.)

  Great customer service. During a rush they had just one worker taking orders and making all the food by himself until another worker came back to help. They performed extremely well under pressure they were behind on orders, but were still putting the customers first making them feel welcome while it was obvious that it was a stressful time for both workers running the whole store. They both performed well under pressure, and my food came out great! I will definitely be going back for more wings sometime soon.

  I bought fries and a burger. The patty was cold. The meat was cold not to even talk about. I ate it there and then and the fries were super dry. I didn’t even end up eating them. The customer service was super sweet, but I didn’t even get no ranch I didn’t get no ketchup only one packet and there’s only like two guys working there.

  My order was missing some wings and even tho they were short staffed CJ made sure to take care of me and make my order fresh. He was very kind and polite. I appreciate the customer service! Def needs a raise!
