I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experiences at your location. I am a frequent customer, often ordering through Uber Eats or by phone for pickup. Unfortunately, almost every order I place is incorrect.
On August 31 at 10 PM, I placed an order for traditional wings, all flats, with spicy garlic sauce. What I received was traditional wings with both drums and flats, and no sauce at all. Not only was the order completely wrong, but the food was so nasty and plain that I had to throw it out, as I do not eat plain chicken. Additionally, condiments that were supposed to be included with mine and other orders were missing.
That same night, I left a voicemail requesting a call back regarding my order and a refund but never received a response. The next day, when I called the restaurant, the employee initially taking my information was interrupted by another staff member who joined the call. This individual was extremely rude, refused to provide her name, and only began apologizing after I pointed out how unprofessional her behavior was.
During this call, I was told that the manager would be in on September 2 and that I would receive a call back. However, no one ever contacted me. When I called back myself on September 2, I spoke with a man who was also dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for a manager, I was told “there’s no manager here.” After pressing further, I was told, “I don’t know, maybe tomorrow she opens.”
I understand mistakes happen, but the repeated incorrect orders combined with the lack of accountability and outright disrespect from employees are unacceptable. Professionalism and customer service should always be a priority, especially when a customer is bringing a concern to your attention.
