  Went there for lunch while on a business trip to the area. I believe the quality of there wings surpass most other chicken wing establishments. Thank you BWW. I will return.

  Ordered on line. Some of the options weren't clear and even hidden. I asked for sauce on side for wings. Husband gets there and they are loaded with sauce. We order from them weekly during football season.(WONT BE ANYMORE!!) Always the same order. Could've been my mistake but "manager" was unwilling to make it right. They've lost a loyal customer of many years. Tip: Hire better managers. Tip: bring back call ahead ordering instead of online to avoid such disappointment and loss of revenue. Bye Bye BBW!!!!!! 😡

  It took 15 minutes after being seated before we even got drinks. Eventually we got a waitress to our table and she was nice, I could tell she might have been new but I think she did well as a person. No fault on her. I ordered the classic chicken sandwhich. The chicken tasted like it was a frozen patty from Costco. The food isnt great at all. Cheap. Lacking any real flavor and the service for a slow lunch time was absurd. Won't be returning to BDubs again. Which is sad because BWW in general used to be awesome.

  The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of our waitress. She was amazing. However, they were out of pretty much anything we wanted to eat (no burger patties, no honey mustard, no beer cheese, no Philly cheesesteak...the list went on). When we finally picked what we could, everything came out at different times. My kids meals came out almost immediately, followed by my friends meal, then another's, then wings came out but the side of fries ordered with it came out last...etc. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was just a frozen patty with a smudge of buffalo sauce on it. The waitress was very apologetic and handled everything with poise and grace. Unfortunately, we will not be back to this location.
