  My friends and I went around 2:15pm, didn’t get serviced until 2:40pm and our appetizer wasn’t brought to us until 3:15pm. Our waitress Sharonna took forever to check on us, we didn’t get the drinks we ordered, she gave us attitude and come to find out she was sitting with customers a table behind us. Talking and laughing with them, but when it came to us, it was like we irritated her. It was not an enjoyable experience. Food was okay, but I wouldn’t go again.

  We visited this buffalo wild wings on a Wednesday for lunch and we're seated right away, had friendly service and the lunch specials were fair priced and delicious. Lunch came out fast as well!

  This was supposed to be a 10 piece boneless buffalo and 10 piece bbq. When I say I literally had to drive home in silence because I was so pissed! Took it back to get a refund, for the manager to look me dead in my face and say we don’t do cash refunds…😤 and gave me a gift card 🤦🏽 The lack of incompetence that was going on in that restaurant had me HOT!! It’s really sad when you cant just go grab something as simple as some boneless wings nomore bro! Like how do you get that wrong? Buffalo Wild Wings

  Normally we get great food from this location. However, last night when we ordered our wings to go out was bad, and for context I live less than 4 miles away. Anyway we got home to discover cold fries, lukewarm chicken, and I even discovered a few pieces of chicken that had NO sauce. The chicken look like it had been sitting out for a while, like they didn't even try to make it look appetizing. We spent $80 dollars for chicken that should've been great, but turned out was gross and disappointing. I'm honestly not sure we'll ever circle back to BWW because I've never in all there years I've been going here SPIT OUT YOUR FOOD, but I guess there's a first for everything. You had one job! HOT, saucy wings and you couldn't even do that well.
