  Most annoying outlet with total uncertainty about order compliance and rude behavior. We ordered wings and snacks for nine of us for dinner at 9.00PM. After waiting for 42 minutes we checked with the lady serving us about the delayed delivery of our order. We were told that she was not sure how much more time it might take to get the stuff ordered by us . At 9.45 PM . We opted to cancel our order and moved to Pizza Hut 🛖 who welcomed us even at 9.50PM for our dinner 🥘. Never take chances with this outlet which is ruled by whims and moods of staff at this outlet which doesn’t mind your business and even prefers to serve reheated and stale food many times.

  Waitress was actually better than at most BWW locations she was very attentive. The wings were a little over done but for the most part a good experiance.

  Came here to eat with my family around 930PM on a Saturday. We walked in to a sign that said please wait to be seated. So we waited about 5 minutes… Decided to use the restroom while waiting. The restrooms were horrible. There was pee all over the bathroom floor. I actively had to try to not get pee on my shoes. Came out waited another 5 minutes (it wasn’t busy at all) Someone wiping tables looked at us but didn’t say anything. At this point we weren’t greeted, the restrooms were terrible, and we weren’t seated at a table. We felt we weren’t wanted there so we left and took our business elsewhere.

  We just left this place. I appreciate our waitress that took over our table. We got seated right away from the sweet young lady at the hostess stand. Got to our table and waited a long time for someone to take our drink and food order. I asked the hostess who our waitress/waiter was supposed to be because people after us were getting their drinks and food. she went and found someone for us. Turns out the waiter, started with an X I believe - only male waiter out on the floor, was supposed to be our waiter and he told them he didn’t want to take our table. Not sure why, we don’t even know him. When we found out we were pretty upset. Luckily the nice woman who took over our table was kind and made sure we were taken care of. We appreciate her. Sucked we were there for a total of 2 1/2hrs. The kitchen was backed up and she informed us as soon as she found out. She deserves a kudos. He on the other hand needs to be talked to. Inexcusable. Use to enjoy eating here. Not sure we will be back.

  Waitress was great, food was ok. The flies need to be taken care of. Nothing grosser than multiple flies dive bombing your food. We asked to speak to the manager about another issue (and the flies) but he was too busy to come talk to us. I mean there were another 8 total people dinning with 4 waitresses. Hopefully he was on Amazon purchasing fly traps or fly swatters.
