  Me and the husband took out nieces here for Dinner about a week ago the food was great but the service was even better our server Chris was amazing he was very attentive to our table. We never had to wait long for refills and he checked on us just right amount of times not too many like some people however he did not cover. It was just the right amount of time checking on us.I will definitely go there again as long as Chris is my server

  It's B-Dubs the food is how you expect. But the service here needs improvement. Took way long for someone to come to the table to get an order. Once we did our drinks were at the bar for 10 minutes before they were brought to us. After our order was taken and glasses were empty no one came to the table until food was brought nearly 30 min after ordering. The place wasn't even full. People are the door waiting to be seated for 20 min+

  Have had multiple issues with orders from this location. Every time we order we have items missing, bww claims they give all items to dasher, dasher claims they delivered everything. Dashers told us the employees steal the food and blame the drivers. The manager was rude and refused to check the cameras to verify all the items were given to the driver. I almost never leave bad reviews but this is unacceptable.

  Poor management 10-4-25. Slow Saturday(counted 16 open tables) and I watched large groups walk out as I sat at the bar. Big jacked dude front of house never showed up. I was tempted to grab the menus off the bar and seat them myself lol. I'm just glad I always walk straight to the bar anywhere I go. Poor communication among employees. The bartender disappeared for about 20 minutes but came back with my to go order(was perfect though, go her) but she said "sorry I had to make your food". The bartender shouldn't have to do that when patrons are sitting with empty glasses. Not sure what's going on with the kitchen. Huge groups walking in as I was leaving, wonder how that turned out. Just leaving this temporarily as food for thought.

  My 13 year old grand daughter and I had the best service ever from 2 great employees. We walked in an was greeted with a friendly cheery smile. The restaurant wasn't busy this evening on a Tuesday. The 2 employees were attentive to us an checked more than once if we needed anything. They were so enjoyable to talk to when we were choosing our food. One even helped me get on the app and showed me the way to check points or if any deals were available. When we got our food it had just the right amount of sauce and included extra ranch if we needed. Since it was my grand daughter's 13 birthday that day they surprised her with a slice of cheesecake and wrote happy birthday. They truly went over an above my expectations. The food is always great however they made it extra special.
