  I dont even want to give one star. This was the last time ill come to this location. And reading reviews its not just me. Waited over an hour for chicken strips, salad and appetizer. For food quality I could have gotten at a drive through window. Chicken strips and potatoes wedges looked terrible and tasted even worse like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for that hour. Salad looked like old lettuce. Appetizer was okay. All this I could understand if tables were full and a line waiting to come in but the tables weren't even full on a saturday night during peak hours. Staff stood in the corner eating and drinking. We did watch 2 girls going back in forth with cups so at least 2 were moving around. Took us 15 minutes to eat our food and 10 min for our check.

  Personally I did not have many issues with my food. I ordered mozzarella sticks, which came out fairly quick and a triple cookie sundae thing. Our waitress was nice and I think overall she tried her best. The issue I have most is that my partnered ordered food and we just happen to see the food in the window (with the assumption it was ours as there was a ton of folks there), but outside of our server taking care of us, we noticed another girl who was just walking around the whole place back and forth. Tables were filled up next to us after time had passed from previous customers. My partner then finally got his food, our server didn’t really say anything, but I was certain she knew that that food had been sitting there a while. Her coworker is the one that was letting her know that the food had been sitting there for a while. It was a bit disappointing as his food was hard and you can tell had been sitting there by the harden cheese. This was by far the worst experience I have had at BWW.

  This restaurant lacks teamwork and leadership. The server was overwhelmed and did not know how to manage her tables, while the hostess, bussers and other staff walked passed the food on the expo many times before helping the server run food. I ordered a sandwich and watched it sit on the expo for 12 minutes before it made it to my table. There is an lack of communication between staff. It is clear that this restaurant has a " not my job" attitude and it reflects on the type of service we experienced. The General Manager should emphasize the importance of customer service and build a culture around teamwork and customer service. The food would have been better if delivered on time. The place was a mess due to lack of teamwork and the server lacked experience.

  We frequent this location but after today that may end. We waited an hour and a half to get our food and when we finally did it came out ice cold. I told the waitress (who was great actually) and she resubmitted the order. After another 20 minutes hot food finally came out. The service here seems to be slightly worse every time we go.

  Our server was good but charging $2 a ranch cup is insane. Our server never told us sauce costed extra and brought all of us sauce.
