Terrible service, cold food

My family loves Buffalo Wild Wings so I took my daughter tonight for her birthday. We arrived at 6:30, the dining area was dead which was surprising since the Broncos were on MNF. This restaurant was uncomfortably cold, the AC was blasting despite it being cool outside. We had to move tables to try to get away from the air. Our server seemed to be one of the only servers working, so it took a while to even be able to place our order. After being in the restaurant for 45 minutes we still had no food. I asked her if she could see if it would out soon since we only had about 5 minutes before we had to leave. She came back with my daughter’s kids meal which must have been sitting in the back for a while since neither the burger nor the fries were even warm anymore, and said they were finishing up my meal. We waited about 10 more minutes and could wait no more, so after an hour we left with my 5 year old’s food wrapped in a napkin, and I never even received my meal. Our waitress was nice but it was a terrible experience. It was a first to spend an hour at a restaurant only to have to go home and cook myself dinner! This is the closest location to our house, but we will not be back. The location on 64th is much better!

If you want dry, cold wings that took 25 mins, when the place was dead……Go here.
If you have 2 beers and 2 shots in an hour, The Bartender will say, corporate says we have to slow you down and keep track how many you have per hour.
Im 245 lbs… having fun, cordial, having conversation with other customers at the bar…and…

Regulate how much i drink.. per hour? when I’m being quiet and watching football?

Went in to have dinner last night. Right away, there were issues.
They didn't seem to have a host/seating plan, a busboy came out from the back and went to go clean a table for us (place was 15% full, so why there were no clean tables was beyond me). The floor was in desperate need of a vacuuming as well.
We were sat, and waited longer than usual to get our drink order taken, and way longer than acceptable to get our food. The food itself was fine, however my fries were both underwhelming in quality, size, and quantity. My wife's salad was missing several of the advertised ingredients, and by this point we couldn't trust their incompetence to handle it promptly or appropriately. The server was nice, and she kept our drinks full, but she in no way felt seasoned for the job. Upon getting up, I saw that all of the empty tables on our half of the restaurant were now sitting there dirty/unbussed. Just seems like a crew and location way in over its head, even considering the terrible physical location for the store itself, and the lack of business it was experiencing during our visit. This location clearly has systemic problems.
