    Worse service ever. Servers are pathetic and inconsiderate. The manager is incompetent for sure. 1.5hr to try and get food and gullet the runaround. Then the manager says we just put your order in. Like after 1.5hr you just put my order in. Naaa. I'm good. Wonder why the turnaround is so high there. Every manager that has been there is pathetic and should never be in that position. Corporate really needs to look at this location to see how shitty its run

    Very inconsiderate staff. I ordered to go food for my husband and I after getting my daughter with food allergies food elsewhere. It is her birthday and we wanted to have a lunch together that everyone enjoyed. We came in picked it up and went to sit down, we were immediately told we can't stay because we got to go food ... There was almost nobody inside dining... We asked if we could just sit down since there were almost no customers inside and we just got a bunch of food from them also explained that my daughter can't eat wings because of food allergies and they continued to say no because they cannot allow outside food due to allergy issues... We told them that for one her food is allergen free because of her needs and also how does that make sense due to buffalo wild wings menu items containing allergens so wouldn't that be what disinfecting the table is for? The manager told us we needed to leave and so we did. That was ridiculous and rules that make zero sense. We ended up eating her bday lunch in the car in the Parking lot. Thanks a lot to the inconsiderate staff. I also work in a restaurant and understand that if it's busy they wouldn't be able to accommodate a to go order sitting inside but seeing as though there was almost an empty restaurant they could've easily made an exception.

    Went in around 11 the other day with a buddy and grabbed drinks and the bar tender was awesome and chatted it up with us for a while. Great service!

    Very unorganized. No manager in site to help insure things were running smoothly. Table not completely clean when we were sat down (trash was on the table and under it). Was there for an hour and when our food came out one of the orders was wrong and all the food had clearly been sitting a while before it was brought to our table…

    This evening, my husband and I visited your restaurant to enjoy some wings and watch the game. We were quoted a 15–20 minute wait time by the host, which we found reasonable. However, after approximately 30 minutes, we had not been seated or given any updates regarding the delay. We were eventually seated after 35 minutes, but during that time, the host only informed the party ahead of us that the kitchen was behind—no explanation or acknowledgment was provided to us. In addition, I observed that the host was bussing tables with a towel tucked around her waist that did not appear to be submerged in sanitizer water. This raised concerns about sanitation practices. Once we were seated, it took a noticeable amount of time for our server to greet us. We ordered the buffalo dip and wings, both of which were excellent in flavor and quality. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard. Napkins were not brought to our table until we were nearly finished eating. My husband ordered a beer, but no refills were offered until the end of our meal, after his glass had been empty for some time. At no point did our server check in on how our food was prepared or if we needed anything further. While we truly enjoyed the food, the service experience fell short. I hope you find this feedback helpful, as we believe your restaurant has great potential and we would love to see both the food and service consistently align at the same high standard.
