I read the bad reviews and tried to avoid dining in to avoid the clearly incapable staff so I ordered carry out. Upon arrival they could not find my online order. It took 3 people trying to avoid me as I stood waiting for my food that should have been ready 20 minutes prior. The male manager that came to 'break it to me gently' I guess treated me like I was a thief!!! It was 6 wings but you would think I came up with an elaborate plan to take from them by how loud and rude he was because THEY couldn't find my order. After working with all the people that asked in After me, they finally took the time to look again for my order ( I had a confirmation number that they refused to use and screenshots that he refused to believe time stamps on) they found me and proceeded to congratulate themselves on a job well done...really. I asked right then how much longer for the wings that were supposed to be ready now 40 minutes ago, and everyone just walked through the double doors. I had to start over with asking about my food as they continued to pass out orders. This was the worst service, full of staff that seemed hell bent on proving that I came to steal 6 measley wings. How embarrassing it took much self restraint not to return the energy. Instead I just won't return. Poor excuse all around and I will look to give my money elsewhere as if they can't find you in their system you didn't order. Do better!
They are shortstaffed, so dont expect quick servicd when you go, there only two waiters on the floor from what I could tell and it didnt seem like there were many people in the kitchen either. Our server, Joshua, had great customer service even with how stressful it seemed to be, so I have no complaints there. The atmosphere was relaxed but it was also ruined by how loud the tv was, it felt like we had to yell to try and hear one another. The food and drinks were good, but even with good service and food, a long wait time and not being able to communicate with your server since theyre juggling a lot of things at once can make the experience feel mediocre. I hope they get more employees soon to take the stress off of the current ones and so that customers will want to go back and eat there again.

Went in for a late night meal at the Tallahassee location. To find only two servers tending to 15-20 people with one bartender. So my party decided to do an online order to make it easier for them. To also find out that they will not accept my order due to high demand and don’t accept orders after 12:30am. I show them that the order was place at 12:09am and that it was already paid for. It was a meal for two at $23.64. I was told by the server that their manager will not push the order due to it being online. Instead I was told that it will be refund after 3 to 5 days and I will need to reorder the items if I wanted the meal right now. Ask to speak to the manager, and was told that the manager is the cook for tonight so he is unable to step away to address the issue. Was only provided with the name JT and refuse to give full or show face on the situation.
Then to be told that the general manager information was in front on the restaurant but it was not there. Left there being charge with a meal that I never received.

As we entered this restaurant location for the first time, and after waiting 5 minutes we were not greeted. Instead we were told "you guys just seat yourselves." No traditional Hello, or Welcome.
So we seated ourselves at one of the bar area high top tables and 10 min. later our server greeted us (as she was trying to put on a good face) without a menu and explained there was only two cooks on duty and the food will take awhile. So we ordered an appetizer and drinks.
The appetizer order of cheese sticks were delivered 34 mins into the meal and without marinara sauce, the server told me they out of the sauce (had I known this initially, it would have changed my order.)
The meals were delivered 47 min. after the appetizer.
The first order was wrong. I ordered the 6&6, and only received 6 boneless wings. No bone in wings, no coleslaw, no fries, and squirt of BBQ sauce on it.
The second order was correct, but the fries were extremely dry. The server was kind enough to remove the charge for them.
Overall, just a bad experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff appeared to be unconcerned, un welcoming and lacked enthusiasm for the patrons. They were not rude, but appeared to be just going through the motions, which frankly detracted from the entire dinning experience.
It's a shame, because in my humble opinion if something doesn't change drastically at this franchise location, it probably won't be around much longer. Just a BAD dinning experience.

I was waiting at takeout. Two twenty
-something black female bartenders apparently wanted to body shame me for being curvy, because I dared to stretch after a long day of work. They pointed a phone at me and giggled as they snapped pictures from behind the bar. I was obviously offended being sexually harassed by the trashy staff so I pulled out my phone and returned the favor. Apparently that was the only part of the interaction the manager was bothered by, not what they did to me which is very much discriminatory and illegal. He made no attempt to correct his immature and abusive employees, even as they leaned against the bar for another fifteen minutes just screwing around on cell phones and not working. I finally did bring the full details of what happened to the same manager's attention just in case he hadn't noticed, but he acted unconcerned and like he didn't believe me. On top of all of that, service was extremely slow and it was a long wait. I dont deserve to be so badly disrespected and body shamed by two insecure little girls who are angry they have to buy hair because they can't grow it. Some women got it like that. You apparently don't.
