  Waited to be seated behind a group at the podium looking at menus...which was abnormal. Likely the manager that noticed a cluster at the door and sat the waiting customers..Then sat at the table for 20 mins watching her messing with tables (not cleaning). After 20 mins passed and she passed us several times I sent the hubs to inquire about service. She snapped that she would be right there. Why would she never greet her guests!? If she had acknowledged us we would be willing to wait. We ended up leaving with another table and another group at the door waiting to long to be seated. I love b dubs food. This waitress needs some retraining. We sat in the booth area Nov, 3 2025. It was the thinner older waitress of the two working that area

  Five stars for our server, Katelyn! She was so friendly and bubbly. She even got white paper and crayons for my son to color.

  Waitress was great! Not very busy but the food took way too long and was barely warm when we got it. Ordered the nachos and apparently they don't come with taco meat?? So I ordered the chili on them. Taste like gas station nacho chili. My husband's fries were cold and his sandwich that looked huge on the menu was barely 6 inches and looked nothing like the photo. Disappointed. Been to Bdubs in other locations and it was always good.

  We stood in the entrance waiting 20 minutes to be sat and not one employee stopped. They were not that busy and multiple staff walked by never once said a word to us. We ended up walking out and will probably never go back.

  Went for dinner last night. Won't be back! Place was not busy and I can see why. We were Sat right away, order drinks and appetizers. Took 30 minutes to receive both. Order a pop and my partner ordered another beer and our food and no drinks showed for an additional 30 minutes. Food took over an hr. when we asked our server she got very rude and said she was waiting on the bar. I work service industry a pop should not be filled by the bartender. We asked the other server and she brought it right away. We spent 2 Hours there for 2 beers and 2 burgers and some attitude.
