  Service is down right terrible! The few times I’ve been here, Walked in to no host at the front to assist waited quite awhile. Had to flag down staff to seat us.. then Waited 15+ minutes to even greet us at a table. Ordered a tray of wings and they were the smallest starved wings I’ve ever seen! What a joke. Server was no where to be found yet again. She finally appeared then laughed & said “I’m so sorry I forgot about you guys!” This Buffalo Wild wing location is a complete joke. Do better.

  Every time I come here to pick up a delivery order, there is no one at the counter. Food is never ready. I have to chase down an employee and then it takes them 30-40 minutes to get my food! Absolutely ridiculous! This is supposed to be ready when we arrive, not a half hour later. I don’t think they understand just how inconsiderate and abusive it is to delivery drivers to treat us like this. We don’t get paid for all the wasted time; we can’t just stand here waiting around for incompetent workers to make the food that was already supposed to be ready. Additionally, there is a whole line of people behind me waiting to be seated, and waiting to pick up their orders! Where the hell is the hostess?? Where are the employees?? Where is the management?? Apparently non-existent! This restaurant is one of the worst places to pick up orders from, to a point where I will decline them from now on. The owners clearly don’t care, as there are many complaints about the poor service here and it hasn’t been addressed.

  This new location is a complete disappointment. It took over an hour just to be served basic wings and potato wedges. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold — the wings were dry, and the wedges were soggy and unappetizing. It was obvious that the kitchen was disorganized and understaffed. The manager did nothing to improve the situation, and the overall service was unacceptable. This place seriously needs better management and staff training if they expect to stay open. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Never have I had worse service in my life. My friend and I arrived to a half empty bar on a Friday night, yet it still took them 15 minutes to seat us because there were so many people waiting for takeout. The food arrived cold and poorly sauced, I was unable to flag our bartender down the rest of the night. She walked past us again and again but completely ignored us. I had to take ketchup from another table, my drink sat empty on the bar for nearly an hour. Our bartender was too busy talking to her friends, never checked back in with us on the food or drinks. We would have ordered more drinks and food but couldn’t get her attention. The couple next to us was equally ignored and frustrated. In my 40 years on this earth it’s the first time I’ve ever tipped less than 20%. We nearly walked out without paying because we couldn’t get her attention to even give us the check. I called to talk to the manager the follow day rather than publicly flame this place online and was told they were too busy to talk to me. Avoid at all costs there are much better options in the area. Real shame.

  We arrived at 7:45pm, and left the restaurant at 8:45pm with no food. Drinks came after 20 minutes, and food never arrived and we left the restaurant without it. After 35-40 minutes after we ordered the waitress informed they ran out of chicken dippers the food our children ordered. Then after that, the rest of the order arrived completely wrong. We ordered plain bone in wings, and an order of spicy boneless wings came instead. We asked to speak to the manager and waited for another 15 minutes. We left the restaurant, and the manager came after us in the parking lot to apologize. And no it wasn’t packed. Many empty tables and servers chatting in a corner. No one seemed to really care much. First time and never coming back.
