  I don’t know what’s going on at this Buffalo Wild Wings, but it was giving “we don’t care” from the moment we walked in. No one at the hostess stand, no greeting — just awkwardly standing there while employees walked past us like we were invisible. Then, a family comes in after us and gets seated right away… same with the next person who walked in. When we finally got seated (after apparently mastering invisibility), the table was still dirty, sticky, and just gross. We figured okay, maybe they’re busy, but after 15 full minutes of sitting there with no menus, no water, no server, and zero acknowledgment — we realized the service was as nonexistent as the cleanliness. We ended up walking out and going somewhere that actually wanted customers. If you’re hungry, you’ll get faster service at a vending machine.

  Literally got up and left 10 minutes into being seated with no server at all. The table was super dirty, never had a chance to get someone to wipe it down. Zero interaction when we walked in. 3 people went before us. Go to the one off Central Park. Place is filled with 19 year olds that don’t care.

  Worker cares more about out working, mopping the floor than helping the customers.. was mopping at 11:55, then came to the front at 12:07 and told people they couldn't seat past 12....

  Terrible service from the waitresses, especially one called "bee" took so long to go and take the order, even a simple lemonade. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and she brought regular lemonade. I mentioned it to her and she made a face even more horrible than the one she used. After an hour of waiting for the food, it arrived immediately with the ticket. I asked for a box and it took so long. Afterwards, she got angry when I told her I would pay cash.

  Did a pickup order an hour ago, got it within 30 min. The Togo area was swamped with people. No structure to the pickup line. Gave me the sauce for fried pickles, but no pickles. Had to ask for them. They also forgot the "sauce on the side" for my partners tender meal. Only reason we were trying BWW was for their pick 6 special. Great idea, but id recommend staying in the restaurant for it.
