  we first tried to get seated and eat at the restaurant and were then told the wait was 15-20min. the person in charge disappeared for 30 min. people started walking and sitting themselves while others waited. we asked to see the manager twice and were told he was busy. at that time we decided to order out. our estimated pick up was 10:10 to 10:20. At 10:30 we were told our order was still not ready. apparently it was but they could not find it. the person had the audacity to say i had no right to be mad because it was my fault for not clearly telling him my name. one of most mismanaged placed i have been to.

  The pick 6 deal is insanely well priced, highly recommend for 2 people! Waiter was friendly, but service was a little slow. Wings were absolutely drowning in sauce, and fries were oversalted. Otherwise, food was good.

  Ordered my food at 5:11 pm, arrived for pick up at 8:15, and my food was still not ready. I didn't get to eat lunch at work today, thanks to BWW. What's the point of ordering ahead? When the staff asked if I could wait longer for my food, i said no, he said 'really'? Like it was unreasonable that after 3 hours, i couldn't wait any longer for my food. I have a 30-minute lunch break at work. that's why people order ahead. I wasted money, wasted time, and i wasted gas and my lunch break. I have yet to hear back from anyone about my order being canceled, so i better at least get my money back. Also, if you plan on picking up food here, remember there is no street parking in front and very likely none on the side street either.
