  Ordered ahead thinking I was being smart...turns out I could’ve raised the chicken myself faster. My pickup order was ready a solid 50 minutes late, and when it finally appeared, the food was about as warm as my enthusiasm at that point. I think I aged a few years between the time they said my order was ready and the time I actually walked back out the door with food. The staff at the counter were kind (and clearly doing their best), but the kitchen? They moved with the urgency of a sloth on vacation. Buffalo Wild Wings- come for the wings, stay because your order still isn’t ready. If ordering takeout it'll have to be a week in advance.

  When we got there, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait, understandable they looked to be quite busy. After about 30 minutes we got seated. Took a little longer than expected but also understandable, (I also work in the restaurant buisness, I'm a hostess!). The problems began after we were seated. Our server (Ben) approached us fairly quick, just a few minutes after we had sat. He took our drink orders and food orders (we had asked to order the food while he took our drink orders since it was quite busy, we figured it was smart to get our food in quickly). Within the hour and a half we sat there waiting for our food he came back twice to check on us and once was to bring us our drinks.. It honestly seemed like he was ignoring us. He would rush by and not even look our direction when he would come through his section. When he eventually came back after about an hour of waiting, we had asked kindly how long it would be until our food was ready and he told us 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later our food never came out, so we had to flag him down as he tried to rush by, got the bill and left. And not to mention he did not apologize once. Very unsatisfactory visit.

  Waited an hour & half after sitting down for our food. There was a 20 minute wait for sitting so we looked at the menu & ordered upon sitting down. After waiting over an hour we asked Ben our waiter if food was almost ready. He said 5-10 minutes & we left without eating 20 minutes later. The place had pretty much cleared out by the time we sat down so not sure why the food took so long. Paid for our lemonade & left

  Longest I’ve ever waited for food. I never leave reviews and this was just terrible. I know this isn’t supposed to be a fancy restaurant or anything I work in the same business so I get it but it took 15 minutes for us to be greeted another 15 for our drinks just to come and then they forgot about our margarita so another 10 on top of that. The food took over 2 hours and came out barely warm. I almost feel bad for the guy maybe it was one of his first days. Server and management said we’d get a discount but never got checked on for 25-30 minutes after our food got out. I grabbed a box myself from behind their stand and just left cash on the table.   Second visit to this location, took forever for wings the first visit. Each plate came out half an hour apart. I guess nothing changed since May because I was told there’s a 25 minute wait with an almost empty house “because the kitchen is backed up.” Lots of DoorDash drivers waiting longer than I did. Obviously management/owner prioritizes DoorDash above having a restaurant. While I was waiting for 20 minutes for a seat (not eating), they asked twice what hockey game I was wanting to watch and they never switched either tv they said that they would have it on for me.
