I don’t remember my server’s name (long black hair, tattoo sleeves & this was 10/9/25 in the afternoon), but she was kind & attentive while simultaneously taking care of a bunch of tables, so hopefully, she gets the credit she deserves. As for the food, I ordered the beer cheesesteak & my one complaint is that it is pretty small, but it tastes great AND they did give me a surprisingly large amount of fries, so thankfully it was enough food overall for me to get full. I don’t know when, but I’ll be going back for more.

The hostess was INCREDIBLY rude to us as we picked up a doordash order. She inquired if we were picking up a mobile order, and we confirmed the information. When she realized it was actually a DOORDASH, she actually rolled her eyes and groaned, to then inform us that is NOT a mobile order and if we opened our eyes we would see the doordash pickup....a new thing since a pickup last week. She was am older lady in her 40s, red lipstick....just no reason to be so miserable. We are already doordashing, life is obviously hard enough.

Before you hit me with your automated nonsense response to go to some other link to share my feedback, know that I left a review in store with your QR code and have already contacted your corporate office about this. The absolute travesty of spending $80 in this economy and having a food service industry staple fall completely flat is ridiculous. We arrived to Robert at the bar, whom was an absolute gem. Fantastic drinks and prompt service. So nothing that I'm about to say has any bearing on him. The food came out, is where this problem started. We ordered the Ultimate Sampler with Pretzel knots, Fried Pickles, Onion Rings, and Bone in Wings - with sauces including ranch, blue cheese, beer cheese, and marinara. My wife ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich deluxe style (Lettuce, tomato and onion for a ridiculous dollar upcharge on a 16$ chicken sandwich that is dull and dry) The first thing, as a chef of 20 years, having a Michelin Star, that I noticed was the beer cheese sauce was completely broken. Water with some cheese bits floating in it. I addressed this with Robert who promptly had it "Fixed" and seeing the replacement I could tell immediately that the "cooks" had simply stirred it and sent the same back out. Whether this is because they were running low, or were too pathetically lazy to make more is of little consequence, as it somehow looked even worse. The WHOLE sampler was cold and looked as if it sat in your window for days. Don't get me started on how you can possibly overcook one side of an onion ring and have the other half be batter raw. Wings were so dry and the sauce on them was so old I think you should apologize to the chicken. My wife's sandwich was missing sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. It was cooked so thoroughly that I'm sure that charcoal would be jealous of the attention it received. Additionally, some hazard risks including your service staff covering a beverage spill by the people behind us with bar towels and leaving it there for 2 HOURS instead of getting a mop and cleaning the floor. OR your staff all sitting at the dumpsters behind the spot smoking weed instead of paying attention to the orders coming in. When we asked to speak with a manager (from a server not Robert) we were told there were survey plaques on the counter, instead of getting an actual manager. I understand you serve bar food, but have a little pride, because at this point you could have fed me the wood from the BAR and I would have thought it was better than the catastrophe that ended up being an overcharged mess. This is a FLAGRANT management problem. We will probably never return unless whomever reviews these actually apologizes and attempts to make anything right, rather than post their BS response I see to everyone else that reviews here. I have contacted corporate and will be following up on whether people have been reprimanded or have lost their positions.
