EVERY SINGLE time they mess up the order or an item is missing, this time they didn’t even answer the phone as I called them many times as fries were so old, cheese stick watery inside and wedges I paid $6.99 was missing!!! Last time the restaurant sent me to DoorDash and DoorDash sent me to restaurant and again I was sent back to DoorDash to get a refund and I ended up just letting it go!!!!! Still do not understand why DoorDash as restaurant forgot or missed an item intentionally!!!!!!!!I sent an email to customer care and no body responded, i even shared my experience but no one cared to reply,
This doesn’t look like a mistake as it keeps happening!!
I was charged $3.99 for delivery and $1.99 for the service !!!! Go figure

Awful. Never gets to go orders correct. And if reading this tonight try calling to complain. Sit on hold for 5 minutes and then it hangs up. The majority of the staff are under the influence. Order number 30011

Awful experience. Don’t bother coming here on a Saturday. The service was terrible—our server actually vacuumed the floor while we were eating, which was unbelievable. The chicken was cold and not even fully cooked. Never again.
