I tried calling several times to ask a question about some food I wanted to order. It was 1pm. No one answered the phone. It didn't even give me the option to hold. The recording only pushed me to go online and said no one could take my call and hung up. What happened to quality customer service?What happened to talking to a real person? I wanted to bring a group of people there tonight to watch the game and the ufc fights. We will not ne going to this location.

Decent food but shady staff and business practices. Double check your order and count your wings. Got shorted food and wings and wasn't refunded missing wings as told by staff.

My guests and I were neglected when sitting on the patio. The server that took our beer orders never brought our beers. Someone else had to bring our beers and take our food orders. Server that took our beer orders eventually came to apologize but the damage was already done. It wasn't crowded and there really was no reason why we were forgotten about.

Stopped in at 11:15 on 7/26/25. Was hoping for 1 beer before calling it a night. Sat at the bar for about 5+ minutes. Workers were talking to each other and other customers and never acknowledged us. Waited a couple more minutes and no acknowledgment. We got and walked out. None of the workers ever even looked at us. If they are closing fine (says open to 1:00 am) but communicate to customers.

Placed an order for pickup ASAP tonight and once I placed it I realized the order was for tomorrow morning. I called and asked if I could have it cancelled due to the error and the very nice woman who answered the phone confirmed with the kitchen they would make the order even though the kitchen closed in 15 minutes. They very easily could have just cancelled my order and left me SOL. Great service and they deserve recognition for this. :) never had a bad experience at this B-Dubs. THANK YOU!
