  Some of the employees at this location are rude. We had gone to sit at the bar area, but we were unaware that it was game night. People in there were pretty loud when cheering so we asked if it was okay to get seated at the front instead. Our waitress said it was okay & said we could sit at the side benches or at the patio. We went to sit at one of the side benches & waited for around 5 minutes when we saw a waitress come out & ask one of the ladies wiping down the tables who had sat us. The lady cleaning said “not me” & the waitress proceeded to roll her eyes, laugh & walk away. We then proceeded to wait 10 more minutes with no assistance. We got up & left & as we were exiting, the lady that was wiping down the tables proceeded to tell us to have a good day after we never got helped. Won’t be returning to this location again.

  Entirely too loud. I ordered a Caesar chicken salad. I think it was made from chicken scraps as it was full of grissel. Didn't eat it. Scrappy food at an expensive price. Will never go there again.

  I may be overreacting but I need help in finding out and getting in contact with a district manager or the owner of the Rockwell location. There's an employee there who I feel may be abusing drugs or alcohol on the job. He's definitely being creepy to women and once to my teen daughter. I don't know if he does it intentionally but I know people have told me he creeps them out. He's in his mid forties I'd guess. Short. Had Buffalo Wild Wings tattooed down his forearm yet the manager their was belligerent to me and pretended not to know who he is which I find impossible. Can anyone help me

  Went at 330 on a Sunday afternoon. Asked for a game to be put on. Informed all 10 sats are being used so can't. Keep in mind there are 4 nfl, 1 MLB and 1 Nascar race playing at this time. That math doesn't compute. Went else where that understands 10 minus 6 leaves 4.

  Well.. As a fellow Industry worker I tend to be more lenient on things however, Tonight was a literal joke. We enter and the host basically told us "Yall need to go to the bar, I dont want to be here any longer." So we did, Upon getting there we pushed our tables and stuff together and waited for a server (they were busy so it was all good). When i server gets to us, Hes just in a bad mood, We try being nice to him but then had to wait like 20ish minutes after our drinks for our order to be taken We then waited for an HOUR AND A HALF, For a our food, and by this time it was basically dead and the music was way way way too loud. We get our food, Not a single but of it is warm, and we dont see our server until another 45 minutes. Needless to say, I dont know if a manager was even leading this team but they all seemed to be in a bad mood, and disorganized. I hope our server gets too feeling better.
