  My boyfriend and I came in last week to eat because we were in the area.. food was great, the vibe was cool, a little loud but what do you expect from a sports bar type place… but the BEST thing about stopping in there is our waitress was BROOK! I was so happy to see her and to my surprise she remembered us as well. We used to go into the Lehi location all the time and ask for Brook’s section every time.. this chick is bar far one of the best servers and bartender we’ve ever had!! If you see this, we are so happy you are back at dubs and can’t wait to come to Orem for your service! Thank you for a wonderful night! You rock as usual! 🖤

  This was the worst food experience ive had in my 33 years of life. I will never go back to this location. Our server was an older lady and seemed stressed from the get go. She took our drink order first and then my husband received his dr pepper first when I also ordered a strawberry lemonade. I didnt get my strawberry lemonade until 30 mins in. I drank the water practically gone before I got my other drink. Even after my drink I was still waiting on my appetizer. I finally received that, but then we waited a hour for my husband's food. He received it first again before my food. While I waited and waited, and waited. Our server didnt even come check on us, I barely saw her. When my husband got his food. It was cold. Even the fries. I didnt get it until 30 mins after my husband's. Our server did come back out and ask if she took our order, which she did so she had to take our order AGAIN. I had to leave because I was so upset while my husband handled it afterwards. He asked to speak to the manager but the manager didnt even bother to see him!! But wow, they did give us a small discount and removed the price of the appetizer. Honestly, it should've been free with how long we waited and how cold/horrible our food was. I am wondering if I didnt get my food or drink until way after my husband (and other people who came to eat after us) because of my race? But I truly hope that's not the case. Poor service all around. Do not go to this location.

  Quería conocer el lugar pero salí muy decepcionada 10/10/25 al llegar esperamos más de una hora para que nos dieran una mesa, para tomar el pedido se tardó unos minutos, ordenamos bebidas aperitivo y siete platos fuertes, llegaron tres bebidas primero y cuando llegaron las limonadas no estaban como las presentas en el menú no tenía fresas picadas ni el limón la excusa que ya se habían acabado las fresas y los limones para decorar bebidas, el aperitivo se supone que debe llegar a la mesa antes de la comida fuerte, pues todo el pedido llegó una hora después plato fuertes con aperitivos, tuvimos tres horas allí, los baños estaban sucios, y el ambiente bien ruidoso habían hombres gritando por que estaban pasando un juego en pantallas innecesarios los gritos. Éramos un grupo pedimos cuentas separadas y un desastre a cada quien nos cobraron cuentas diferentes una locura, sin embargo quiero reconocer a Xavier que lo vi tomando pedidos, sirviendo, cobrando, limpiando mesas y fue la persona que vi que atendía solo. Creo que al lugar le falta organización, limpieza, para que la experiencia sea mucho mejor 👌

  I usually make it a habit not to eat at fast food restaurants or any fast food restaurants for a number of reasons, but mainly because it's just that much more expensive. The upsides are usually fast food that can taste better than what your personal chef skills are. I personally had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before in my life, and after the experience I had on Tuesday, I don't think I'll be back in a long time, if ever. We sat down at 9:30, they placed our order at 9:45... and then nothing. We didn't get our drinks for half an hour, and at that time, we were contemplating walking out. I wish we had. We proceeded to wait another 2 HOURS for our food, which by the time we got it, was colder and soggier than a bowl of cereal if it was left out for the same amount of time. Not to mention, I'm 90% sure they mixed up our orders, and one of us recieved his a solid 20 minutes later than the rest of us. He also proceeded to get food poisoning the following day. You might think, well it was probably busy! There were 10 people in the lobby, and if you call that busy, you should see the drive through and lobby of an Arctic Circle on a friday night late July. Both of their ice cream machines could break and their fryer stop working and you'd still get better service than whatever you want to call what we got in Buffalo Wild Wings. Maybe I'm being too harsh, and maybe there was a health inspector who came in, had to be trained and decided to take his dinner break even though he was the only one working in the middle of the slowest part of the night. Or there was a Linguini moment from Ratatouille. Either way, it should not have taken this long. I'm very disappointed with both the service, the food quality, and to be honest, any other joint worth two bucks has sports on (BWW had just clips of sports on repeat). Not to mention, you could probably find a better and cheaper boneless joint anywhere else. For all the hype I have heard about BWW my whole life, it doesn't deserve any of it.

  Me and my girlfriend went out on a date night at this location and were quite disappointed with the service we received. I don’t like to be a complainer and I know how things can get busy but service was not on top of it at all. First we came in took a minute to be sat, our host did not ID and give a wristband even though he was supposed to, then when our server asked us what drinks we asked for water and waited and waited we never even got our waters! Had to ask AGAIN for Water Strawberry Lemonade took a very long time cause apparently it was sent to the wrong table. Then Food came out with no sauce and drink had no straws, server was all over the place, awkward, not focused on our table and clearly not wanting this job. Very sadly disappointed and wasted $44 on a location we will never return to. Hopefully one day B dubs can bring us back at another location but definitely not this one.
