  food is terrible and always lukewarm or cold. We split an entire drink on accident on our table and it took TEN minutes to get attention of one server and it wasn’t even busy.

  Ordered online. Big lunch order for a bunch of people. They forgot about 20% of the order. Food was lukewarm before we even got it to the car. Called about the missing chunk of order & they wanted to just “put a credit” on our name, that couldn’t be used with online orders. Ended up getting a refund to the card. Probably won’t gamble on this location again though.

  Estuve alla para un delivery y en realidad no le dan prioridad a los errores cometidos por ellos . Si entregan una orden de un cliente por error ,la prioridad debe de ser esa orden por encima de las otras ,ya 40 minutos aquí por una orden y el cliente esperando y no tienen servicio al cliente .que pena que no haiga un servicio al cliente eficaz ,que respondan a la urgencia 🤔😒

  For how much it costs, how incredibly noisy it is, and how long we had to wait for our food there are a dozen other places I prefer. We did arrive after a rush, and it's possible this location may have been short staffed. That likely also contributed to a long wait to eat. The food was made fresh and was okay.

  I don’t mind paying the premium price when everything is on point. Visited for lunch on Saturday 9–27. Wings brought out at room temp/cool ✅ Waiting 10+ min for refills bc server never came back ✅ Waited another 7-10 min for server to pick up credit card and cash us out ✅ Driving to Colerain or West Chester next time ✅
