  Let me start off saying, I absolutely love this location and the service I receive here EXCEPT tonight. Its a Saturday, this location closes at 2am, i was hungry and didnt want to make food so I went at 11pm. The service I received tonight was absolutely terrible. The server named Jaine was very rude and ignored my table multiple times. I was given attitude by her and death glared whereas I remained polite and used manners. She did not bring my food out nor did she check in after it was out to see if I needed anything or that the food was okay. Rather than seeing if I was ready for the bill, she put it on my table and walked away without a word. We had to call her back to ask if we could split the check and she proceeded to let out a very loud and frustrated grumble. Keep in mind, I am freshly an adult but obviously look like a teenager and I feel that I was stereotyped. I come to this location once-twice every week and never have I experienced such service. I typically tip 25% or higher. Tonight I wanted to tip NOTHING but still did to prove a point and Im a good tip person. I am very disappointed and if I ever am to have her as my waitress again, I will be leaving before I am ever given service.

  I want to start by saying the staff is overall pretty good, very friendly and upbeat. Sometimes we have gotten takeout orders that either take much longer than the quoted time by like 20 minutes or more, and have had accuracy issues more than once. Some of the wing flavors are fairly good, some are average. Most of the things I have had that are not wings are just ok. We most often get take out. The cattle pen atmosphere of the seating is just not that appealing, although it is not as crammed together as when this place first open.

  We come here quite often. Love the wings, staff is friendly and attentive. They also have the biggest number of TVs to watch of any place in the Valley. Service is always spot on, always will go out of their way to make something right if it’s not satisfactory. Will be back again for sure.

  The food was okay. The wings were cold and seemed old. The sauce on the wings was too salty to be eaten. The fries were also old and hard. The plain tenders were okay. We all really liked the macaroni and cheese it was good. The cheeseburgers were also good too. Pick up was easy and quick. I think it was too expensive for half of the food to not be good enough and too salty to eat.
