If you’re coming for the game, you’ll get that full sports bar energy—big screens, cold beer, and volume turned all the way up. Draft beer gets good marks, and the bar service is usually solid. It’s a spot to kick it with friends, not have a quiet meal Restaurant.

Ordered wings that were supposed to be flavored and but were plain , was told next time order with extra seasoning . Management didn’t do anything to fix the situation I’m assuming because it was closing time lol. Thanks but no thanks ….

Today ordered take out. The 2 for 19.99 which was The All american cheeseburger with fries and a Starry. Chicken fingers and fries and pepsi zero. Then a deluxe chicken sandwich with onion rings. Said done at 1:50pm..so I go there driving from avon meijers so plenty of time for pickup at north olmsted location. I waited 25 min and watched the girl worki g the takeout counter disappear over and over and not coming out with food and she wasnt overwhelmed because I sat there waiting and there was 3 people one which was an actual door dasher who left made 2 deliveries while even waiting to talk to her. When she finally brings my food and she says i will be right back with drinks. so i took my food to truck to my son waiting snd went back in and waited and waited then she gave me the wrong drinks but she disappeared again before i could say anything and I had to wait to tell her and she walked out of the door with nothing in her hands so I dont know where she kept disappearing to. awful experience and there needs to be 2 people at takeout on a browns Sunday. one at counter and one runner. waiting for her I had cold food and I was pretty pissed because i tipped 5.50.for a takeout order and had crappy service and cold food. i drove away from there at 2:17 thats a hellva wait. I definitely made the wrong choice trying that place for lunch. living in north olmsted i wanted to try it and i have an autistic child so take out is a better option during a busy football loud crowds in the actual restaurant. Our food was cold and we had to put it in the air fryer to heat up fries and onion rings. Do better Bw3. Put 2 people at takeout never leave an empty counter for customers to see when the come in the door.
