    The take out is horrible, waited over an hour and the person at the register said that they have other priorities than take outs we had to wait. What is the point of ordering ahead and putting a certain time if we’re just going to have to wait until “we are a priority”

    Order 10037 10.2.25 4:30pm. Placed to go order and sat at bar to wait. Bar tender never looked my way or served me while I waited one hour for to go order. Played bar top poker and had to track down a manager for payout (broke even) order finally came up and tipped in cash as they opened the bag to show me order. Got home and we were short on wings, they were cold and boneless was hard and petrified. Absolutely the worse service, cleanliness, food quality, I had to double check my receipt to ensure it was BDubs! Avoid Craig and Centennial locations in Vegas

    I just ordered two breaded chicken burgers, 20, supposedly medium, boneless chicken, wings, and potato wedges from Buffalo, wild wings, which was delivered by GrubHub just short of midnight. The chicken was so raw and undercooked. It was absolutely impossible to eat… I did have a few bites of the edge of the burger, but I could see immediately that the meat was pink and going further into the burger. It was completely raw. The boneless chicken wings was ordered in medium heat, and we have done this before at the restaurant, but these wings were so hot and uneditable. We only had one each before spitting out the food and having to drink lots of fluid to them in the pain in the mouth. Besides that the burger itself was cold, potato wedges, cold, and the onion rings was cold, all which we paid extra for … I am so afraid of becoming sick from having eaten the raw chicken, I am absolutely stunned and will never ever in my life order food or go to Buffalo wild wings again! This is absolute disgusting

    Services is always a hit or miss. Wings looked burnt and tasted burnt. We told the server that the wings had a weird burnt taste. She took the wings back but the wings looked like they just added more sauce to mask the flavor and burnt color. When she told the manager he looked upset that we had said something. We had to order something else since the second batch tasted the same. Server told my husband that they will change the oil to fix the issue.

    I've been coming to this BWW for years and never felt the need to leave a bad review, even when service wasn't perfect because I understand how tough staffing and the industry can be. However, my experience tonight, well here I am. Couldn't get through on the app to place an order. Associate tells me to use the website, because there's less issues on there. I do. Order goes through. I get my order, it's wrong - no sauce where there should've been sauce. I call, and it's all my fault from the associate that answered the call to the 2nd manager that took my call all had a "we are right and you are wrong attitude" the minute they picked up the phone. Offered to send pictures, send my confirmation email that I got directly from BWW after placing my order, but no matter what I said, it didn't matter because they didn't care to listen. Actually manager in training was somewhat understanding, I'll give him that. After getting promised one thing to fix it, then getting told another and realizing I was getting no where with the manager Sarah, I ask for corporate. Well apparently Sarah must be the CEO, end all be all, highest form of management for BWW because she was quick to tell me even if I reach out to corporate it's going to come directly to her. I guess I'll hear from Sarah soon. ‍ Funny how one of the comebacks was your bag was checked before it left and it was correct. Well actually, outside of my wings not having sauce on them, the side sauces weren't even correct (missing one)... missing the carrots... missing the celery... missing the ranch. The response? Those things are complimentary, so apparently it doesn't matter. I don't know how this organization works, obviously. But I can tell you the lack of customer service when there was a mistake on your end, is insane. Zero accountability and the unwillingness to actually be helpful deserves less than the 1-star. I'm not even mad at the food being wrong at this point, this review is based on my experience with the staff and the lack of customer service to own a situation and make it right.
