This location has gone down hill they need to hire people who want to work and do their job instead of hiring a bunch of kids and their servers are unprofessional heard our server Angie cursing at somebody in the back she also decided to take forever getting my husbands beer instead she decided to run in and out the building with her friend twice instead again hire people that want to work instead of hiring kids will not be going to this location no more

I've been a regular at this location for years. The service and food quality has went downhill compared to the other Buffalo Wild Wing locations around the region.
My party and I were sat at a table near the bar area by the hostess. We were waiting there for 15 minutes for someone to take our order then a waitress with a nasty attitude came up and asked us if we just walked in and sat us there. We told her a hostess sat us at that table but she accused us of lying and said she is clocking out soon and wont serve us. Hostess came and moved us to another section of the restaurant but didnt apologized for the mixup or the rude waitress.
When we received our food it, it came out cold and dry. The new waitress never came and check up on us for refills. We had a server from the kitchen that brought out food asking for a tip since its his last day.
I highly recommend going to the Stafford or Massaponix location instead of here as the service at those locations are more professional and the food is better.

Our group sat outside. Aside from one of the servers, dropping things in front of us, then getting mad and throwing a glass over the fence in front of us- our server Laurence messed up our order. When it came out about an hour after ordering it, I notified that it came out wrong, and I couldn't eat it because of an ingredient that was left in it. That was honestly annoying, but mistakes happen and it was fine. I said I didn't need anything else.
It was doubled down saying they wanted to fix it- (after our group had now both eaten and paid) he offered to grab me something so I could eat. He brought it out, and charged us for it- and the group had a gratuity added. So I wound up paying for food I didn't want, and for gratuity that wasn't deserved at that point.
This whole evening was uncomfortable

Asked for crispy wings (2 orders of 30 traditional), came out regularly cooked with no fries (I ordered 3 large fries). When I told the server she said they were cooked for an extra time but I could tell they were not, she said they could cook them longer but with no sauce because that’s what makes them soggy ( at the Stafford location they usually cook them with sauce and come out perfectly crispy) then they brought the fries while I was still waiting for the new wings, we had to eat the fries by themselves before they got cold. Wings finally came out but they were so crispy it was hard to bite them and with no sauce which made them extra hard. I just find it crazy to go through all that trouble when, again, at the Stafford marketplace location I never had an issue when ordering my wings crispy. We waited a little over an hour just to get our wings how we wanted them.
