  We waited 10 minutes and were never served. The workers were walking around on their phones drinking soda ignoring us. After another 5 minutes wait we abruptly left. NEVER AGAIN! 🚫

  My server came to the table about every 30 minutes or so and everything was super slow not a rush or a lot of customer service was crappy at best

  This place be overly crowded so the food be whack cause they rush the orders. 2 weeks ago me and my husband went out for date night the food was terrible. Waited an hr to get food just for it to arrive and some items was incorrect, food was warm not hot so I can tell it been sitting for a while. Wings was extra dry barley any sauce, wedges was overcooked stingy with cheese and forgot my chili for my wedges so I end up sending them back for new ones just for them to come out worse than they did the first time. Smh very disappointing never going Back wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

  I called today to see if the manager named Dawn was there, but she was not - and the employee that answered the phone had said "please hold", and then when they returned: I asked if Dawn was there (assuming not, former employee here) and the guy said no. then I asked if they could leave her a note, and they said okay - and as I was talking: suddenly the line disconnected, and called back - and I was on an infinite hold and never heard anyone. wow. the guy sounded African-American possibly, and young - maybe late-teens or early-twenties. Date of Incident: September 21, 2025 approx. 2:45 p.m..

  Same issue as the review I just read. Sat around for 30-40 minutes waiting on fresh food. It came out cold. Most of the meal not eaten. If this is the garbage you serve you can keep it. Never going back. Terrible food.
