  I ordered take out online 10 wings and some wedges.. there's literally no one here but some how its taking 40 mins and they keep saying there preparing it BS.. NEVER AGAIN

  Truly trash. Would give 0 stars if I could. The manager, Lindsey, promised me she would refund my order over 5 days ago. My bank has no history of it being refunded (any pending refunds show in my bank account the same day and then clear 5-7 days later). I’ve had to call everyday asking Lindsey for the refund, and she promises she did it and she clearly has not. She also promised me an email showing she refunded it, which I have not received. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank to get my money back. This has been a huge headache. Don’t go here. The person at the door greeted me with a vape in his hand while holding my drink in that same hand. The place was filthy and smelled horribly. Just super off-putting and I don’t understand how anyone goes here. Lindsey needs to stop making empty promises and also is extremely unprofessional. She thought it best to mention to me that she was supposed to be off at 4pm and it was 6pm, just to get me off the phone. This location needs major training, a makeover, and new employees.

  Terrible experience ! I ordered my food online and arrived 20 mins later. No one was at the front to greet or assist me & a few other people who were waiting to be serviced. After 5 mins of waiting, I went to find someone to speak with so that I can get the status of my pick up order. The sever tried to dismiss me and send me back to the front to wait for someone to assist me until I told her I have been waiting for 5 mins. Keep in in mind, the security guard on duty had to go to the back to let them know they had a line of people at the front twice while I waited 1 hr for my food. After waiting over 1 hr my food finally arrived & the excuse for the wait “we were waiting on wings”. I only ordered 10 boneless wings. When I got home thinking my food would be fresh, EVERYTHING was cold. The fries, the cheeseburger, & the 10 boneless wings that I had to wait on for over 1 hr. It appears everyone in the store was more focused on doing closing duties 2 hours before they closed rather than servicing customers. If you want to eat here don’t go there past 10 or you will be disappointed. Check the freshness of your food before leaving as well !

  So first they did not make my order correctly, went back they made it correctly. Get home to find hair in my food. The manager Lindsey told me she could give me another fry. The only reason why I didn’t press the issue and go back up there for a refund is because my children are tired. But come on! Talking about they don’t have any white people working there when the two people that handed me food were white! I added the picture because there is literally no reason to lie!

  Probably one of the worse buffalo wild wings ive been to. The Bartender was alright. The beer was good. The atmosphere was dead no one really seemed happy to be there but i get it, its work. But the deal breaker for me was the food. Fries were barely warm and the chicken sandwich I ordered had a dab of mayo and 4 pickles the patty was over fried or it was frozen reheated cooled down and overheated again just to dry it out. It just wasnt pleasent at all. If youre considering this location for food I would reconsider and find something else.
