  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The restaraunt was fairly empty despite it being during 2 NFL games on a Sunday during the football season: red flag #1. The floor was slippery and sticky. Red flag #2. Our server struggled to bring out drinks as ordered, and had to be reminded about 2 peoples' drinks. Red flag #3. Eventually the server came out with 2 entrees and 2 side salads and said "I'm bringing out the food that's ready so it doesn't die in the window while the rest of your food is being made". Red flag #4. Those of us with meals delivered wanted to wait, but after several minutes of our food getting cold, the others urged us to eat. By the time I had eaten several of the wings (my celery and carrot sticks never made an appearance), the last person STILL did not have her entree. Red flag #5. Keep in mind, the restaraunt was less than a quarter full, with 2 NFL games playing. I started feeling sick before the last person to get her food had finished eating. My stomach was churning and I couldn't stop burping. I felt queasy, so went to the bathroom. It was not clean amd smelled nasty. Once I threw up the wings, I started feeling better. From the state of the rest of the "restaraunt", I doubt the kitchen was clean. Absolutely terrible experience. Went to watch the games with family and left never wanting to eat at this chain again.

  Von and Julia deserve a raise. They were amazing. The service was impeccable and the way they went above and beyond for the kids was above normal customer service. Seriously some of the best service I have ever had.

  We host our Browns Backers here and I can't say enough good things about our experience here. Food has always been great. Our server, Joel, always has a great attitude and goes out of his way to take care of us. The rest of the staff always seems friendly as well. If you're looking for great food and a fun vibe... it's worth checking out.

  Got the corner seat facing the wall with no tvs with the game on for starters.(there were open tables everywhere). Friend came in with a real id and still got denied bc it was expired. (He had 3 different casino cards as well). Waitress was ok but never apologized for the poor service after waiting close to an hour for our food. Gave us normal wings instead of boneless for one of the girls waiting and tried overcharging us for it. Manager was rude as well even though we were being polite. Just a whole circus in there. I feel bad for the waiter bc management at this location probably just sucks. I tipped $2. I dont care i can handle bad service sometimes but the fact that our waiter never apologized for the inconvenience while also giving us dirty looks for THEIR mistakes. We get that it isnt the waiters fault but its literally their job to apologize.

  Joe l the bartender Was incredibly rude for the entire duration that I was there.I will never eat here because of that.One.Experience if you want someone to treat you very rudely for no reason I would suggest going to the bar where mister joe l is the bartender. Helen was incredibly sweet
