  Hi! So me and my bf went here last night. It was terrible service. My bf asked for a short beer and was brought a tall even though he said short and the server seemed to have attitude. He also took forever to take our order. Messed up me and my bfs I had ordered tater tots and he ordered wedges so we had to move them around ourself. Along with that he just left the beer we didn’t want sitting on the table the whole time. I had to ask for napkins instead of just bringing them as that’s common sense. Just terrible customer service.

  Went out to for a night with family. Service was good but nothing stud out like the manager Tracy. My kids were not in the best mood and we went out of her way to get fruits and crayons and engaged with them. Shes truly a beautiful person and restored the meaning of service

  Hello, this is the 4th time I have placed an order and they have sent it to me from this store. I don't understand what's going on. Something is always missing from the order. When it's not the fries, it's the drink or something. Today I placed an order and, as always, I ordered the 20-wing combo plus a large fries and I ordered an extra fries, and they didn't send me the extra fries this time. I'm tired of things happening to my order. And I select delivery. When I call and wait, they tell me to go get it. Then they pretend that they made a mistake and I should also go get what I was missing. They should fix that. It's enough.

  I went to Buffalo Wild Wings by myself and had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, but what really stood out was the manager, Mrs. Tracy. She took the time to tell me all about the rewards app, how it works, and even explained the special perks that come with being a member on your birthday. Her warm spirit and caring soul truly made the visit feel special. Dining alone can sometimes feel awkward, but Mrs. Tracy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She is hands down the best manager I’ve ever met, and it was an absolute pleasure to be around her.

  If I could give a negative review I would. BWW is famous for crappy service but the Frisco location wins for the all time crappy service. Walked in at 8:30 waited 10 min no one came to seat us… asked a waiter he proceeded to look confused! When he did attempt to seat us the table was dirty, so my husband asked about a different table he let us know “those tables are closed” they stay open til 12 how is half the restaurant tables closed? Left without even ordering this time!
