  I had a disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Our server swiped my credit card and brought back only a pre-authorization slip without an itemized check. When I asked for one (because the total seemed higher than what we ordered), it took about 15 minutes to get it — and the restaurant wasn’t even busy and she said let me ask my manager, why would you need your manager to get the check that you ring doesn’t make sense. Once I finally saw the check, there was a drink on there that we never had, and the dessert prices were higher than what was listed on the menu. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected.

  Added money to my credit card. Changed the tip amount that was charged to my credit card.

  Val was AMAZING ! she suggested the Pick 6 where you pick 2 entrees a side and a drink for just $20. Really amazing. 10s on the Food. 10s on the Service. and 10s on Val !

  Val was our server. Very kind, patient, and amazing hospitality overall. She was extremely attentive. She suggested the chicken dippers and they were amazing! Also, when you get your wings with that extra sauce on it like that’ wow! We will be back. Thank you Val.

  I had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you want when you’re craving wings. But what really made the visit special was our waitress Val. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and really made us feel welcome.
