Terribly incompetent managment. Usually understaffed- on bogo thursday evenings only a handful of tables are seated and wait times are astronomicaly long (often 30+ min). Service is slow and sometimes they just close early for no good reason. Expect to be disappointed at this branch.

Today was my first time at buffalo wild wings. Lets just say, a TERRIBLE experience. When my food arrived, there was a wing missing, I then proceeded to tell the waiter about my missing wing she then went back to the kitchen, and came out with the smallest nugget sized wing... AND the wings were cold. I looked online and estimated my total cost with everything I had expected to purchase, and looked at pictures of the items. This included a photograph of their Mozzarella Sticks, in which were THICK and LONG as shown on their website, yet when I ordered them then looked like ones you would purchase at Smiths.. As I started eating my wings, there was what seemed to be a nail in my food. Like not only did they come out cold, but there was a NAIL?!?!? Along with that, my wings were very crunchy as if it was all batter and not any chicken itself. Almost broke my tooth. Our waiter was very difficult to understand, as she was practically whispering to us. The atmosphere was not enjoyable, loud, and was not very friendly in a way. As I stated earlier, I estimated my total cost online which was about $30 for wings, fries, and drinks. Yet when I got my check it was $51 in total !?!?!? The waiter did not give me a receipt, she just kept it. Wish I never went, and wish I got a refund, but I guess there's nothing I can do/report since I didn't get a receipt. Lets just say, I won't be going there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating there, or even stepping foot in this place. I literally just want a refund.

The crew here (at least the ones that show up to work) are absolute machines. We showed up on a recent night where it was storming and a huge concert (feat. Post Malone and other big names) was cancelled, so a lot of bars and restaurants in SLC were filled to capacity. We had a watch party at a restaurant for the Utah Mammoth game, but couldn't get in, so we went here instead to watch the game. It was obvious they were EXTREMELY short-staffed, and they were getting busier by the minute. The hostess (who was also the manager at the time, I regret that I didn't catch her name) was extremely patient and was working at least 3 different positions that night. Our server, Jordan, was freaking awesome. He was supposed to be off at that time but because they were overloaded on a night they were not anticipating being busy and short-handed, he ended up working a 12+ hour shift, but the whole time he was super positive and he did his absolute best getting food out to all his tables. Our appetizer was cold when it came out, but we were fine with it considering how crazy busy they were, and our wings were hot and delicious. We were just overall impressed with how hard the staff was working on that Saturday night (Oct 11, 2025). Even the bartender was working at least 2 different jobs and they got everyone's drinks out in reasonable time. I bet they were down a chef or two as well, but we had a great time with all the games on the tvs, I mean we were able to watch MLB playoffs, BYU football, Utah football, and the Seattle Kraken all play on top of the Utah Mammoth, so you gotta love all the tvs they have, despite the smaller size restaurant compared to most other B-Double-Dubs. Will definitely come back if in the area again. Kudos to y'all. Oh, and also I LOVE THE POINT SYSTEM that BWW has!!! Definitely makes us regulars, no matter what location. I just wish they'd get their app fixed so I can play trivia again!!

Buffalo Wild Wings is the go-to for game day vibes! Wings come in tons of bold flavors, from blazing heat to sweet BBQ. TVs everywhere, cold drinks flowing, and a lively crowd make it a fun hangout. Great for sports fans craving tasty bites and a buzzing atmosphere.

This restaurant is consistently bad. Hence the bad reviews and evidently no willingness to change. During TNF food comes out no forks or napkins to eat with. Start eating with my fingers, bartender finally appears sees me eating with my fingers and just keeps on going. Hey can I get a fork!! Guy next to me same thing gets food bartender no where to be found. I reach behind the bar to get him a fork and napkins. Should be basic of basic things, someone orders food right then give them utensils. Ask for a water when I got my fork never got it, sat with a empty beer and no water for atleast 10 mins b4 he shows back up. Cash me out, would sat their and watched the whole game and drank beers but your service sucks. Kitchen: Get my 20 boneless and atleast 8 of them are completely dry barely a spec of sauce on them. Order should never went out, should not have to order them wet so all my wings are coated. Summary this place sucks no wonder its always empty, people go to BWW bc its supposed to be consistent nation wide. As a local finally got quit wasting my time here. Go to Scovilles and support a small buisness with staff that actually know what their doing and want your buisness. Mgmt Save the reply to this as you do all your negative reviews. Get off your butt and try to make a change. Your failing miserably.
