  Came to have some wings today, were seated in about 5 minutes as promised by a polite host. Then sat at our table for 23 minutes with multiple waiters walking by but nobody came to take our drink order so we left. All other reviews here on poor service are correct and management is to blame.

  Pissed is an understatement. Came in with a friend, took ten minutes to be seated. There was no one but us in the front. Another ten minutes to see a waiter, and fifteen minutes to get our drink. I ordered a lunch special which comes either fries and a drink. When our food came out twenty minutes later, we were not handed any napkins. Multiple servers were asked and no one brought napkins to us. I ordered ranch on the side, and also asked several servers and no one ever brought it to us. No one checked on us once When it was time to pay our waiter overcharged us by $10+. He charged me for a drink and the ranch that never came, he also charged me the full price for the burger. I went up to him and told him the error and he convinced us he’d change it. After fifteen minutes of waiting for the fixed check it was still wrong. At this point we paid a left. The worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I will be contacting corporate after I leave my review here. Horrible service, dirty tables and they overcharge you. It’s one thing to be short staffed, it’s another not to acknowledge it and let your restaurant suffer. I would’ve rather known they’re short staffed and left instead of spending almost two hours of my life with shitty service.

  Went here to have a casual dinner, it was great the service was nice and proper, time was very orderly and professional. We didnt wait long to receive our food and the appetizer did come out before the main which is always a plus. I ordered wings and fried pickles it was good food, I felt the wings where a little over done but thats the only complaint I have

  Food came out cold after ordering and waiting nearly an hour and a half for food to arrive. It was a Saturday night and I think they only had 2 servers on hand during dinner rush/Padres game. Poor planning by management because the server was trying their best
