  It's just not great, food, wait time, even the place itself is kinda tacky, I've eaten better, why drop $20 for 10 frozen wings.

  They make you wait in a waiting box full of people, also waiting for food . Then don't say anything to you just keep running to kitchen for orders. Food was so sloppy No utensils no paper towels 30 $ for one meal

  You all need a complete overhaul of your take out and ordering online system. What is the point of ordering online and being given a specific time, then waiting another half hour for your order? The servers are unapologetic and act like all of the people waiting are some how putting them out. This is the second time this has happened to me. I don't mind waiting but don't give me a specific time to come and then make me wait longer. The girl with pink glasses at the counter was less than helpful. It also doesn't help that we waited this long and the fries were cold!

  Waitress with the long tacky Detroit lions nails and long straight hair was horrible. She didn’t write down most if what we ordered so it was wrong. While we were ordering she was tapping her nails on the table. She was at the bar flirting and our food came out cold. All of our cups were empty. She didn’t refill them until someone from our group walked to the bar to ask her for a refill. Someone asked for just a water and she ignored the request. We ate almost our whole meal without drinks. We waited for the bill forever. She never checked on us or asked how anything was. Someone from our group had to go up to her to ask for the bill. She didn’t apply the discount that we asked for. We waited longer. When she finally came she asked if we were ready to cash out. We mentioned the discount and she acted annoyed. She said “well it will only take off ____, I can fix it but you won’t be saving much” it was BOGO burgers, which we brought up multiple times. She fixed it but on the wrong check and then refused to fix her mistake.
