  I've been to this location several times, and every time it feels like a guessing game if they're going to get our order right. My last experience found me missing an order of fries, and boneless wings that were impossible to bite through. The staff was stand offish and looked annoyed to be there. I will not be ordering from them again, and I suggest others find another location that is managed better.

  I came in for lunch sat at the Bar. Britt was my bar tender/server. She was phenominal.I ordered some wings and a cherry pepsi. She was professional and made the expierence worth coming back again. She treated everyone at the bar like an old college friend including me, this was my first expierence at this location. I was impressed and plan to come again.

  When we walked in there was 4 other parties waiting ahead of us. The place was not busy. Servers/host and what appeared to be management just standing at the computer station. Some eating! By this time 2 more parties walked in, lobby now full and still no one acknowledging anybody. Finally a server came over and sat a couple tables. When we finally got to order food took over 40 minutes , remember its not busy at this time. Food was mediocre. Never really seen our server. Had to go to server station to ask someone to get drink refills. Had to go back to ask to order dessert. Server never checked back to see if everything was OK. Now I see why the place isn't busy.

  We stopped at this BWW location on our way to Chicago on Friday and were so happy with our experience, we stopped again today (Monday) on our way back to Canada. My husband loves BWW and since they no longer have any locations in Canada, we usually try to stop in when visiting the US. This particular location had quick service, exceptionally friendly staff, and food was delicious. If we ever find ourselves back in Jackson, we would absolutely visit this location again.

  I visit Buffalo Wild Wings often and usually have a great experience with both the food and service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar, and the bartender was not attentive or engaging. We ordered the appetizer sampler, which took about 45 minutes to arrive — and when it did, the wings were cold and the dipping sauces were crushed and messy. The overall service and food quality were not up to the usual standards. Even the couple sitting next to us mentioned they had a similar experience. Hoping this was just an off day, because I normally enjoy coming here.
