Just made a takeout order, was told that they were waiting on “ fresh boneless” but when I took a bite they were no where near fresh. Also I got 2 of the boneless wings with the wrong sauce. The fries also cold. Thanks for the shitty dinner Buffalo Wild Wings

My daughter and I stopped in on the way through town for a late lunch. We were 2 of 4 people in the place. The order took around 20 minutes, and then mine was completely wrong. I did not send it back, because what they brought, looked good also. Both my daughter's fries, and mine were cold when they came out.

Shit service!!!! ordered online said pick up time was 7:20 got there a few before what a mistake food wasn’t even ready till I started to complain took then it magically it’s ready in 2 minutes to be ready while other people who where there before me said they had been there sense 7 still waiting at 7:45. Worst service you as a buisness should either call the pepole and let them know it’s gonna take longer or start giving out partial refunds or coupons. Who ever the host is should not be working there after I complained and talked to manger I could here her saying “just get his food and get him out of here” I head her say it multiple times. I will never be coming back here!!! Food was good tho that’s about it

First, our waitress was great, she got hit with a huge group all at once and did her best to try to get our orders right. There were a few mistakes but nothing terrible. The biggest issue was the wait time, for some people it was > 1 hour to get their drink. We have been to many restaurants as a team and they always have the group split between several servers, not this BWWs. She had to handle our group of 25+ by herself. The food was BWWs, the atmosphere was the same as always, but they dont handle large groups at all. For an area which is about to get hit by all the teams from Scheels new facility, they need to figure out how to handle sports teams and fast. Thank you to our waitress, she was great, but she really needed help from her coworkers or split the tables up between multiple servers.

We were sat an unclean table by a very unpleasant team member. After which it our server brought our drinks and took our orders. But, we weren’t served our food for at least 30 minutes with tables that were seated after us with more people to get there food and check way before we even got our food. Once we got our food some of it was lukewarm and the rest were close to be cold. Overall the service wasn’t terrible, but the food and presentation overall was not professional nor was it acceptable. Being served food that is so unorganized that our server doesn’t even know what it is and to who it goes to shouldn’t be allowed with the possible contamination of different foods not being allowed to mix for the guests health. Unacceptable behavior and presentation and will definitely be reaching out to corporate about this incident.
