Had a group of 14 guys on Thursday November 6th. We ordered a bunch of food and appetizers. Star was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She was always getting us refills and making sure everyone got everything they needed. She has great communication skills and cares about her job. We need more people like Star.

I would give this place zero stars!!! Why would you ever give a management spot to someone who doesn’t even want to be manager? Candice is a HORRIBLE manager! Very evil. She even talks to you like she wants to fight. Find better management that only cares about lifting this place up. I will be making sure everyone knows to not eat here! Just shut down!

Worst dining experience! We were there for 2.5 hours just for 5 people to get dinner. Took over an hour to get 1 beer and 1 wine! Food came out in shifts- with the first person done before anyone else had received their meals. 1 order had undercooked chicken and none of the orders were correct. I could go on and on- but why as I will never go back to this location!

Where do I start. It took over an hour to get one glass of wine and a beer. It took two hours to get our food. We were a group of 5. One person received their order at about an hour and a half. They were long finished with their meal before any of the other 4 received theirs and none of them arrived at the same time. None of the orders were correct. One order had raw chicken tenders and all the other orders were overcooked. To top it off we had a reward that was 25% off of an order over $35 (our total was $89.25) and they rang it up at 20% and wouldn’t correct it. The only reason we came here was because they were donating a portion of the evenings proceeds to Pitt Friends. That is the only reason we didn’t walk out. I will NEVER return to this location.

My family and I went for dinner and everything was delicious! Our waitress Star was very kind and professional and complimented us on our Mario-themed costumes as well. She even shared photos of her family doing the same theme! She was quick to refill our drinks and check on our satisfaction with the food. I got the ultimate nachos and they had just the right amount of spice. My husband and best friend both got orders of wings that they enjoyed and my son had the kids cheeseburger. We were overall very happy with our experience!
