    No I don't go to these places too often but I will give them this they definitely outdid themselves food was great I had to steak and cheese with six wings everything was delicious service was amazing food was fast and hot

    Food came out cold. Waited way too long for some wings. Spoke with Candice and she’s the worst management I’ve ever seen. Emily is clueless. The better the management is, the better the establishment will be. Riah would be a better manager than everyone in there and she’s not much of a good server but she speaks better to customers.

    We went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenville NC on Sat. Oct. 4th around 8:30 only for an extremely disappointing experience. We ordered and waited about an hour before the waiter told us they had lost our order. I asked to speak with the manager who was clueless, but said she would look into it. We waited longer but the manager never came back. No apology or anything. It took our food about and hour and a half to come out. When it came, it was cold. They brought the bill like nothing was wrong. I told the waiter that the bill need to be adjusted. The waiter agreed and took the bill to the manager who only took $14 off a $70 bill. Clearly the manager doesn't take responsibility for their wrong actions.

    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Manager Conduct – Buffalo Wild Wings (September 28, 2025) To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the service and behavior I experienced at your location on Sunday, September 28, 2025. My family and I came in to enjoy a meal together, but instead, we were subjected to completely unprofessional conduct by the manager on duty, Candace. During our visit, Candace made several derogatory and inappropriate statements that no guest should ever have to hear—especially from someone in a management position. Her demeanor was rude, negative, and highly unprofessional, and it created a very uncomfortable and unpleasant dining experience for my family and me. As a manager, Candace is expected to lead by example, but instead, her actions showed the opposite of what good leadership and customer service should look like. The type of remarks she made were unacceptable, and it is clear that she was not conducting herself with the professionalism required of someone in her role. Frankly, her behavior raised serious concerns. At times, it even seemed as though she may have been under the influence of something, which only deepened my concern for how she is representing your company and treating customers. I strongly recommend that this issue be investigated immediately. This experience was disappointing and upsetting for my family, and I feel it is important that this matter be taken seriously. Customers deserve respect and professionalism, and what we experienced was the exact opposite.     I ordered on the App and since I don't live in Greenville drove 30 mins from Washington to pick up the order. We ordered ahead of time so the order would be ready. When we arrived the food still wasn't ready not to mention there was no one at the wait desk to greet us. Which I didn't mind waiting as long as everything came out fresh, which it definetly did not taste fresh.This was our first time ordering from here and with the prices I expected my food to be better than it was. The Beer battered onion rings were the best part of the meal. The wings were dry and hard the sauces weren't all that great, my family had gotten 5 different flavors. One of the wings which was mine was supposed to be mild but it definetely wasn't mild, but luckily I'm ok with spicy. It wasn't easy trying to figureout who's food was whose since nothing was labeled and everything was thrown in a bag in several boxes, I had to taste each sauce to findout whose wings were which. I've had better wings at cheaper food chains that were actually edible . I couldn't even eat the wings like you should be able to , there was no way I was going to strip the wing off the bone all at once and some of it was so dry I didn't bother to eat it . Not sure if it was a bad night, but my family definetely won't be returning.
