The worst experience I've ever had. I placed an online order and waited 45 mins for it to be delivered just to get notification that the order was canceled and to call the store. I called the store and spoke to a women that said that the order had never been received even tho the order was placed on their app and she would get the manager. I waited for 13 minutes on hold just for the manager to get on the phone and blame anybody but themselves I then asked if their would be anything for waiting over an hour and got told it is not their fault and there nothing they will do. My recommendation is if your order gets canceled there's no reason to call because they will take no accountability and blame anyone but themselves and the manager will get angry at you for being upset.

We just visited this establishment and ordered the sampler on top of our regular food. We got our food but never the sampler. The waitress went back and said it would be coming but it never did. When we asked to speak to the GM who was in the establishment she refused to come out to speak with us. Our waitress was great and very apologetic but the GM needs to be fired. Refusing to speak to a customer is unacceptable and unprofessional and very embarrassing for our waitress. I will never got to this Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Waited over an hr for our food. Within that time we never received our appetizers and the waitress never came to check on us after taking our order. When she brought our food we told her we didn’t get our apps she was shocked.. like you would’ve known if you were actually checking on your tables. Also our order came out wrong. We were missing quite a bit of our main meal as well. On top of that the wings were Luke warm which means they were just sitting in the back for who knows how long. She just seemed more interested in hugging/having a conversation with my boyfriend than actually taking care of her job. Only drinks she refilled were the pops never asked if we wanted more water. Never brought more waters after being asked. Throughout that whole time we were there she only checked on us 3 times..
Your waitress’s need more training or you need to hire better staff that knows how to handle a “rush” (wasn’t even that busy) 🤷🏼♀️.

Ordered $50 worth of food online. The order process was simple and I was given an estimated time it would be ready. I showed up two minutes past that and it was ready.
I walked in the take out door and it closed hard enough to hear if the people had been attentively listening. I stood there a few minutes while a waitress saw me but continued to talk to someone I couldn’t see. After awhile she finally was like “oh sorry, so and so will take care of you…” then that gal emerged from behind the wall as the other person who was being talked to. She said oh sorry, didn’t even hear you come in. What’s your name. So I told her, she grabbed the order, asked if I had already paid for it which I had online and then handed it to me and said thanks have a nice night. So of course, since I have had poor results from this place before, I decided to check my order and it was missing things. So I had to holler at them to get their attention again to ask them for the other things that were missing. She said oh sorry can you tell I don’t work here usually. Have a great night…
When I ordered online, it makes you choose an amount to tip or no tip at all. I was worried that if I didn’t add a tip, I would receive poor service or less quality of food. So I tipped 20%. And I definitely did not receive good service at all whatsoever. I keep thinking I’ll try this place every few months to see if it’s gotten any better and it has done nothing but gotten worse or at best kept the same poor service standards.
The food is usually decent, but the service at this location is horrendous.
I won’t be back again until new ownership, management, and staff are in place.
