  The food was terrible tonight, the wings hardly hard any dry rub on them, (the hottest, desert heat was not hot at all), my son ask for extra sauce on his buffalo ones and that didn't work or either. Yhe fries were cold and tasted like they had been made a while. We ordered 45 wings (30 traditional and 15 boneless) plus sides and it was wasted money. We didn't even get any veggies with our order. Just the worst experience I've ever had there. The photo is of the desert dry heat rub wings and as you can see they look naked.

  They don't season your chicken anymore. Behold their dry rub wings. It's naked chicken wings with seasoning in a box. Perhaps you will get one wing with one side that has some seasoning, but overall the wings will taste naked. Don't buy food from here.

  Last experience here was a huge disappointment. The wings were rubbery and soft and not warm. I said something to a manager and I was told that's a new way they are cooking them. I tried a couple more and just couldn't finish. I asked a different manager to make me new ones. They did. The new wings were very hot. But again soft, rubbery and not crispy. I gave up and didn't finish mine. If this is how they cook their wings now I will not return.

  I would say this was a one off but after seeing how dirty the bathrooms and walls are, I’m going to say this might be the norm. 1. The menus aren’t accurate. The menus look new but were told they don’t carry certain drinks anymore. 2. The waitress didn’t get order right and didn’t even try and correct. 3. They play the sound at level 100 and tell you they can’t adjust, just yell to hear each other. 4. Ketchup bottle was empty and when we asked for another one the waitress brought another one with even less in it. DO BETTER!!

  Waitress acted hateful tourd me and my friend. Got us our water and didn't come back for a long time. Didn't leave us straws or anything. She had a attitude the whole time takinh our order. Makes me want to leave.
