  Every single time I give this place another chance, I regret it. Orders take forever — dine-in or takeout, it doesn’t matter. It’s painfully slow. The only reason I even come here anymore is because my kids like the wings, but honestly, it’s not worth it. Hands down the worst service in Charleston, WV. Management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows.

  Terrible restaurant & customer service, DO BETTER! Will go to Crosslanes from now on. Waited over 18 minutes on hold to let them know my order was wrong after picking it up(showed up to the restaurant still on hold), my mistake for not checking & trusting them, however this mom is tired after the weekend I’ve had and over people not doing their jobs!!!!!

  While visiting West Virginia my wife and I stopped in this Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant to meet up with family and friends for dinner. There were five of us in the group. This was our first time at this Buffalo Wild Wings in WV. Our waitress was a beautiful young lady who was very kind, polite, and charming. She returned to our table several times to see if we needed anything. I didn't get her name but, she had a small nose ring and was working at 7pm on 9/15/25 Thank You So Much, We Had a Great Experience!

  Service was slow and it took 15 minutes to get seated and it wasn’t even packed we waited 45 minutes for our food

  Me and my buddy went there to watch the UFC fights last Saturday. We specifically asked if they were showing them in which our server said yes. So she was aware that’s what we were there for. We planned on staying an extended period of time and ordering goods throughout the night. However, she asked if we wanted appetizers then proceeded to take our menus right after we only ordered our appetizers. I don’t normally write reviews but it was especially irritating that I felt as if I was being rushed out when I was planning on ordering a full meal. She then came with another server behind her and asked if our checks were separate without even asking if we were ready for them. Food was good but honestly there was no reason for us to be rushed out. We weren’t being disruptive whatsoever.
