I placed a mobile order to pick up a few hours later. I arrived to pick up my order and I was the only customer in line. There was one hostess and she was on the phone. She greeted me and asked me to wait just a minute and she would get to me. That was all good. Soon the second phone was ringing and she placed them on hold. There were no other employees to be seen besides this hostess who was busting her butt. Soon a dasher got in line behind me then a large party behind them. Suddenly, 4 employees come out from the back and just stand there talking. When they finish talking, they help the large done in party first even though I arrived first and it was now 10 minutes past my pick up time. They help the dasher next and I mention how I had a pick up order too and I had arrived first. I was met with attitude and they helped the dasher first. The hostess was still stuck on the phone with a large takeout order, but she apologized to me. Finally I got my order 20 minutes after my original pick up time. My family's food was cold and the wings were tiny. Each boneless wing was the size of a quarter. I was excited to have BWW Wings with the signature Asian Zing sauce that I use to love. We will not be back. We will just go back to WingStop right down the street. If I really want Asian Zing wings, I will buy WingStop wings and sauce them myself. It's not worth my money or the effort to go to BWW anymore.

I have waited to write this review. I don't like to spread negativity but every time I visit BW's with my family the food and service get worst and worst particularly the Massillon and Canton location. The wings have become smaller and smaller over the years and price even in today's standards for an order of wings is ridiculous. Oh by the way we ordered fried pickles in Massillon last night and we got a half order. When we brought to the waiters attention they stated that was a normal size order, picture below for context. The Canton location never has anyone working and takes forever to get your food. I'm done with these locations. I travel quite a bit for work and although the pricing is still the same the service and food is much better at other locations. I ate at the Sandusky location last week and everything was wonderful.

We had our food delivered for lunch. Order chicken tenders that were dry and tasted like they were leftover. Chicken wrap was hard and everything fell out of the wrap. French fries dry not even warm, made me believe they were leftover out.
