  The server was confused and didn't know where to sit us. The fries were recooked and they were hard to eat. We asked for fry sauce and the server went to get it and never came back. We had to find someone to get our ticket to pay. We were extremely disappointed!

  Got food ordered, forgot fries and my kids wont even eat my fries I gave em. The bone in buffalo wings I got are hard and dry. My wifes burger had brown lettuce all in the middle of it. And forgot the bacon on my burger. $101 dollars. Thanks guys. Manager/owner needs to be on the job more it seems.

  To go food is always junk seems like that always cut back on quantities and wings are always dry as can be looks like they were made a week ago this location has definitely gone down hill really bad. Photos are expectation vs reality

  I dont reccomend going to this location at all unless you are okay with slow service. We received our food before we got our drinks (one alcoholic drink (which they got wrong) and a pepsi) after being reassured by our waitress 2 of 3 times that drinks were on the way. We also didn't get any napkins or straws until asked. It took our waitress over 10 mins to even greet us. No drink refills were offered and then waited 15-20 mins to get our check. I highly recommend going to the meridian location that is staffed with better waitresses. Our wings were also stale and the large order of fries felt more like the regular size. Our waitress paid more attention to talking to her coworkers then her tables. At the same time we were there, there was multiple other tables complaining about the slow service from this same waitress

  It's been about 10 years since visiting BWW and I don't remember the wings being lesser in quality than chicken nuggets anywhere else. What I do remember, however, is the thief culture of this location (maybe the whole franchise for all I know). I said to my wife before leaving the house, "If they upcharge us on anything, no tip." I am no prophet, so please don't worship me, but we were charged for the $19.99 pick 6 deal (includes 2 drinks) plus 2 drinks @ $3.49/ea. The waitress did her job, played stupid, "maybe it's because of the refills?" and didn't put up any fight about removing the charges. A business' only job is to test how STUPID THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE then exploit it for everything they can and as ridiculous as this may sound, there are ethical ways to rip off the customer. BWW's way is not one of them.
