  I’m giving this restaurant 5 stars ONLY for the service. I’ve been here several times and every time I’m lucky enough to have the same server. Amil is great at taking our orders correctly and ensuring we have everything we need. Truly exceptional, if every restaurant had someone like him they would be the best! Thank you for your great hospitality Amil :) With that being said, the cleanliness of the restaurant is not well kept. Our tables were dirty and the menus were sticky. I only come here because I’m shopping in the area.

  Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints when it comes to variety and flavor. Their menu has something for everyone — from classic bone-in wings drenched in spicy sauces like Blazin’ Carolina Reaper to sweet and tangy favorites like Honey BBQ. The dry rub options are also excellent if you prefer something less messy. The atmosphere is lively — TVs everywhere showing every game imaginable — perfect for sports fans. Service can be hit or miss depending on how busy it gets, but most of the time, the staff is friendly and quick. The drinks menu is solid too, with good deals during happy hour. The only downside is that it can get loud, especially during big games, and prices are a bit higher than your average wing place. But overall, it’s a fun hangout spot with great food, cold beer, and a lively vibe. Top picks: Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic, and Mango Habanero wings 🍗🔥

  All the girls were on the phone , at the bar. Not one worker was on the clock . They gave my delivery driver wrong food. I waited at the takeout station for 20 minutes and all the girls were on there phones, not paying attention to anything. It wasn’t until i started going up to people and bothering them that one lady gave me her attention and fixed my order that was already messed up. She was nice but still gave me the wrong order . AGAIN.

  Very rude I stand at the take out area for 15 mins no one took my order I spoke to the manager John who said he would take my order and still waited another 10 mins. Very unprofessional he should not be a manager. That is not manageable. I will report to someone higher.

  First and last time I’ll be coming here. First we asked for a booth and our server told us no because it was only 2 of us but then when we got seat a few minutes later 2 people were seated in the same booth we asked to sit in, on top of that I don’t understand how the people in the booth got there food before us when the they got there after us and we ordered before them , it gets better all that time us waiting for our food for the food to come out cold for them to take my food microwave it and bring it back , not to mention it took them forever to bring my son food out and the place was busy but to the extreme that they couldn’t give us the proper service I’m not even going to talk about the customer service our waiter wasn’t attentive at all and management didn’t even show there faces when I had an issue with my food. This is one place I won’t spend my time or money here again.Buffalo wild wings you should learn a thing or two from Applebees because at this point I’m choosing Applebees over you anytime.
